Whatever you wish to keep, because it will all be gone once you run the clean install.
My choice would be to choose everything, as you can decide what to transfer back. At least if you remember something later, you will still have it.0 -

What on earth?? Windows Easy Transfer costs nothing.
Just put Easy Transfer in the Search box above the Start Orb and there it is. Nothing to pay.0 -
