    not sure what you've done, but if you did a macrium img backup, there should be a fairly large .img file on the external drive, and the macrium log shoud identify what has been backed up. it's important you don't choose the clone option, video in speedup sticky thread

    Just use the basic key finder and write the key down with a pen.
