Thanks, which edition did I install then? The only thingies I have noticed so far s that it hasn't got net intelligence which I don't want anyway. Oh and Microsoft office but I have wrote the key number down for that.
You installed Windows 7 Home Premium SP1-U ISO (Refresh) 32bit
This is why it is important that people should always quote the full model number when requesting assistance. So that the machine can be identified properly.
Anyway, we can fix that later.

Yes I have activated as I can go on internet via wired and am now doing updates I'm on 28/118have now given up smoking since feb 13th 2014 loving the money I'm saving0 -

If you didn't get confirmation, then you didn't follow the instructions properly and your system is not activated.
You'll need to do it again and this time, follow the instructions to the letter.0 -
