don't know, not clear what you have done

a system image is not the same as a windows disc
important data should be backed up in at least 2 places, and check that it's readable before factory restore
F4 at boot!!

Clicky link>Windows 7 Home Premium SP1-U ISO (Refresh) 32bit
Choose to save and when the download is complete, pop a blank DVD into the optical drive. Right click on the newly downloaded file and choose 'Open with' and then 'Windows Disc Image Burner'. Once the Image Burner opens, place a tick with the 'Verify Image' box and click on 'Burn'.
Have you done this or not?0 -

So get on with it. For what are you waiting? :money:
Make the disc as instructed.
Create a new Folder on your new external hard drive(make sure that it is formatted to NTFS before beginning) and use Windows Easy Transfer to transfer all of your data to the newly created folder.
Better to have both the Macrium Image and the Easy Transfer than just one option.
Have you purchased the RAM to which I linked in post #11?0 -
