Hi all...
Ended up buying some milk and bits last night so technically yesterday ended up not being a SFD but today was!!!
So am still on SFD number 3
Gym is going well - have been 4 times since the start of October... when I visited my ex - first thing he said was 'OMG look at your arms!!!' ha ha!!! It's nice when you start getting compliments and people notice a difference for all the hard work you put in.
Keep up the good work on the SFD's folks!!!

Checking in with another SFD - number 4.
No exercise today (wish I was as good as abundant1972), but did take packed lunch to work. Tea was the chicken and mushrooms that I didn't put in to my casserole, and I have made a banana and sultana loaf out of some bananas who had seen better days. Would have used walnuts instead of sultanas if I had any, but I didn't, but I do have a surplus of sultanas so they went in to the mix instead.
Have been crafting again tonight (knitting) to keep me occupied and away from food!
Tomorrow's tea will be something out of the freezer, and just off to make tomorrow's packed lunch.
Hoping tomorrow will be another SFD.
Have a good Tuesday everyone!0 -
Hello there all!
Just checking in. Managed yesterday and today as SFDs. Racking them up at the moment - that's 6/20, but I have my lovely friend coming to stay this Thursday to Monday so I think I'll lose some ground there... I have been extra good as I knew this was coming up. She's a very good friend tho, and I have no problems with telling her our situation and saying we'll have to be cheap and cheerful... we can have a very nice time catching up at home with agir1c4lledj4ck dinners and champers left over from our wedding for most of the weekend!
OH and I have so far managed 100% on lunches to work 5/26 :j
We've not eaten out, but will probably once this weekend, but I think that's ok as it comes under planned entertainments we already had in? I might use some of our t3sco vouchers for a restaurant... I can hardly bear to get my bank card out these days
I think I broke the toiletries rule NSK without realising on Saturday... oops sorry! OH can only use one brand of shower gel due to eczema, and this usually sells at £2.00 ish per bottle, but M0rris0ns randomly sometimes have it at half price or less - this weekend it was 86p (why?!) anyway, when that happens I stockpile it... is this allowed?
Anyway, we are being very good with all the lack of spending, and had a lovely walk in the sunshine yesterday and even went to the gym tonight - shocker.
Re freezing food discussions- not sure if this has already been said (there's so much to read I forget where I was up to the day before!) but I freeze very ripe bananas, then when I fancy a sweet nibble I have a chunk or two - it's really sweet and with your eyes shut it could almost be nana ice cream! ...almost...
check in again tomorrow gang! XLBM Aug 2013 - DEBTS AS OF THEN £25,150  now: £0 :j

Well the first week is nearly over and everyone is doing great. So much food freezing and gym action going on, hope NSK is proud of you all.
Another SFD today so that's 5, and also took lunch to work so that's 5 too. Still to do the food bank, must get on with it. My Sainsbobs didn't have a collection point.
Keep up the good work everyone. XMFIT -T5 #420 -
Evening all... I intend to catch up properly tomorrow with you all as I need to hit the hay... just need to announce the jammiest, cheekiest SFD ever... honestly thought I would have had to spend something but was saved by a friend shouting me lunch... and then everything else just working out... Love it when that happens...
Really hope everyone has had a good day.. I shall apologise now for not being able to read and comment tonight but I am pooped...

Quick pop in before sleeps.
Had a lazy day so stayed in pyjamas, didn't leave the house so it is a spend-free day!!
:j
I also made some more biscuits today to try and stop me spending pennies on treats. They taste quite yummy.
Erm... forgot to put the pedometer on so no idea how far I walked but I am guessing not far.
Work again tomorrow (well in five hours), hopefully week two goes as well as week one. *crosses fingers*Mortgage: £0/£80,329.91
