Morning all - well apologies for lack of check in yesterday!! Tuesday SFD, Wed Spendy day, today well hmmm - if all goes to plan we will be buying a house - its budgeted for so Kat is it SFD or the mother of all SD's
Seen 8 houses over two days, two of them twice - knackered and full of cold but we think we have found it. Its massive, huge garden and we are angling for a couple of acres and some sheds. Anyway first offer has gone in so watch this space. Its all within budget. For those in the know its even better than middle earth :j
For the newbees please dont think we are minted - we got debt free and it has given us options that we never new we would have. We dont have rich parents either but they are still pretty fab!
Hope everyone else is having a good if slightly damp Thursday.
Love a very excited and nervous LAGL xxDebt free on the 28/05/130 -

I've got about £800 savings and I'd appreciate your thoughts on this please.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm *** rubs chinny chin chin ***... I like a conundrum... right then.. perhaps you need to post an SOA like Thrifty suggested... but I agree with all that has been said so far. I would hang on to the £800 as suggested.
I say get a thread started, get your SOA up there and await suggestions.. be entirely honest about your disabilities etc.. as there are a lot of people in your position... anyone who isn't helpful will feel our wrath don't worry...:p“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. LAGL - may I ask how much this is going to cost... a very personal question I know but that is an EPIC find!!! .... can you sense a distinct level of jealousy...;-).. however if this is something you want to keep secret until secure then that is totally fine.. #Iamanoseyparker“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence.
