Final count for the month for me is £131.47 - over £40 under budget! Woohoo! Of course that's partly because I had to borrow from the grocery budget for other costs, but it's good to know it's doable. There's around £30 of irregular costs in there, too - £10 on apple cider vinegar which gets bought about every 6 weeks/2 months, and £20 on a year's supply of water filters. I've not bought much meat and I've definitely been eating less fruit and veg this week, though, so I'm gonna aim for £150 next month.

Hi to everyone still in October. I've a few spends to declare. Still having a bit of a problem walking past offers in SMs but getting better.
Spent £51.85 in Mr S. 2 spends in Mr T of £20.50 and £7.90. Still within budget at moment.Only 5 days to go. Would really like to come in under budget for my first month even if it's only few pounds.

The weekend was minimal spending as OH's parents were down and they paid for the meals out both nights :T they can def come again! (as long as they don't keep leaving the lights on, spending too long in the shower, filling up the basin to do the washing up, and generally being in our house...)
Spent £11.50 in :starmod:bucks on Saturday with them. They gave us the money for the pillows (phew, can put the £29 back into my budget) and they bought spare towels so we'll return the ones we bought (-£12), hurray!!!
Spent £4.99 in Sainsbobs last night on naughty snack-y stuff (humous, tortillas, ice cream) and milk, and need to go shopping tonight, but it's looking promising for finishing under budgetNovember GC: £50.55/£130. October GC: £72.60/£150
September GC: £131.27/£170. July GC: £62.48/£80. May GC: £135.00/£150
April GC: £201.91/£140. March GC: £194.98/£200. January GC: £111.41/£200.
December GC: £67.45/£80. Nov GC: £159.32/£220. October GC: £208.07/£250.0 -
Been away for a couple of days and rather pleased with the cheap hotel room, free breakfast, and Toby voucher we managed to use!
Spent £63,53 in Mr T this morning, but that included £5 on some bottles of ale for my brother-in-law's birthday, so actual grocery spend of £58.53, but still spent the £60 I wanted to (to get £30 off in December) I do need some frozen onions, but apart from that I should be ok until Saturday, which for us is officially November. I've just realised that I can use the Morrison's voucher on Saturday, so I don't need to use it in October and so I should come in under budget, but I won't declare yet until we actually get there!May spend - £291.40/£320.00
June spend - £106.40/£320.000 -
