    Thanks everyone :)

Well done on the sales Tattycath and good luck with the target for this month!

Cars are just annoying DDFW :( Mine hasn't come back on so fingers crossed it was just a glitch. With regards to selling - they always say sell what you know. What things have you had success with before on ebay? What else on there sells well. Just have a browse and see what sort of things come up. Good luck with your target for this month :)

Peaceandfreedom, I think it's just nursery bugs. It's all happened since little jwil started nursery. Hopefully it will all settle down soon.

    Happy weekend!

Little jwil let me sleep til 8.30 this morning :j :j :j It was sooooo needed. He was still up a few times overnight, but I feel much better for that.

Saying that, I'm still feeling rubbish (I've got tonsilitis now :() but at least its not lack of sleep too.

I've sold 3 items on ebay so packing them now. Only small but it all helps.

I did manage to get 5 items on the other day.

Free listing this weekend! I hadn't seen any mention of it before, so that was a surprise. Am going to try and bash my target this month. I've only got a few items to relist, so will try and get as close as possible to 100. However, I know DH has a fair bit he wants on too, so will depend on time.

Have a good weekend everyone :)

Hey Jwil babes, nice to see you back. :T

Sorry you are still not well. Unfortunately the nursery bugs thing is something that all parents end up having to put up with - if it's not nursery then it's pre-school. But at least baby Jwil is building up a good immune system for the future. It's a pity though that you keep coming down with things. I suspect the lack of sleep is not helping - perhaps find a way to get baby Jwil to stop waking you up in the night.

When my oldest was baby Jwil's age, she slept all night from 7pm to 7am at least. When she woke up in the morning, she just chatted to herself until someone came and got her. We knew she was awake because of the gurglings and chatter, there was no crying. The other two were the same although by then, the younger had the older one(s) for company as they'd go into their room and chat to them.

I am only saying this not because we are super-duper parents but just to show that life can be a lot easier. If you got an unbroken night's sleep you would be more able to fight off all the bugs that are coming your way. :)

I am going to try and get some stuff listed on ebay this weekend. I had a little bit of good news yesterday which I've written about on my diary - looks like my DFD is getting a tiny bit closer.

    Morning jwil!

I poddled on over to your diary after seeing your cloth nappy post on avogirly's diary :) I just want to say how amazingly you are doing with the bay of E, especially with being back at work, having broken nights sleep every night and dealing with illness. You will get there!! :D

And if it helps at all, my eldest DS didn't sleep through until he was 12 months, he's now just over 2 and has phases where he will sleep beautifully and then it all goes pear shaped for a while. I also have a 3 week old and the other night my eldest was up more than my newborn!! :o I honestly think some people are blessed with babies who sleep and some aren't - and I'm sure little jwil will get there eventually :)

I've subscribed - I'll be catching up with your diary during the night feeds! :p

    Nice to see you peaceandfreedom!
Hopefully these nursery bugs will start clearing up soon.

Unfortunately I don't think there's much we can do about the sleeping until he's in his own room, and that's not looking like any time soon. Also, much of it recently has been down to his ill health and I certainly can't do anything about that and wouldn't try and change anything until I know there's not another reason for him waking.

I've never been a good sleeper anyway, so can usually cope fine, it's just when it's particularly bad for several days in a row it all catches up with me.

Hope you managed your listings ok, I shall pop over to your diary and see your exciting news in a sec :T

Thanks for popping in Daisy :) Congrats on your newborn! :j

My sister's two didn't sleep well for ages too. It does seem to vary a lot. Little jwil slept much better as a newborn than he does now, maybe I was too smug or something :D

Do pop in again - do you have a diary?

Well I had a pretty good weekend after all.

I managed to get 48 items on ebay, this is stuff I've collected for years, and been meaning to put it on, but haven't really considered how to bundle it. DH sat down on Saturday and did it all for me! So 3 boxes are now down to just one and it will be a nice lot of bulk gone if it sells. I was a little ambitious with some of the prices, but can always reduce it if it doesn't sell.

I've got 2 more items that I didn't manage to get on, and a book which I had to review and will sell, but better not until it's actually released!

I'm actually *touch wood* feeling almost human today, despite another disturbed night so fingers crossed am turning the corner. Little jwil has now got digestive issues due to the antibiotics, so I think he had tummy ache last night. He's back on his reflux medication again, so fingers crossed it will all settle down again soon.

I've got a hectic week this week, but want to try and get some more listed if I can.

I'm off then until after Easter so looking forward to that.

Hope everyone had a good weekend :)

I shall go and hunt down your diary than Daisy!

Ah, but it's different priorities isn't it - If I don't ebay I don't have enough money, and I live in a hugely cluttered house which really annoys me. If I didn't have those motivations, I wouldn't do half as much as I do :)

I am the opposite to you in that I really can't cope without sleep and I become zombie-like after a few days of no sleep.

Of course, my kids had me up frequently during the night when they were ill, you can't do anything about that other than stagger around bleary-eyed during the day, which is what I did. Or I'd pop them in the bed with us if it meant we all slept better. Getting a good night's sleep was important to me because I am hopeless without it. :)

You may have said this earlier on in your diary - but is there any reason why baby Jwil is still in your room? Is it that you just prefer having him there?

Hope all the bugs clear up - now it is Spring-time, hopefully a lot of them will go away and leave you all in peace. :)

Yes but I could still get rid of tens of items which would make me feel better (and a simpler house makes me feel saner)..so after reading about your success I am going to walk away from the PC (yes really!!!:rotfl:)and will hunt out another 5 items RIGHT NOW;) so I can add them to last week's collection/. I can at least then set a goal of putting 10 items up for sale this week:D
