I believe anyone can go - it's the same place I go to pick up parcels. It's open from 7am to 7pm so really handy. I tend to drop off on my way to work. If I had to use the post office I couldn't do as much as I do now. This works out so much easier.

Thanks for all the info, Jwil, VERY useful. I shall be adopting this strategy from now on - must see where my nearest sorting office is. :)

Thanks for popping in Daisy :) Congrats on your newborn! :j

My sister's two didn't sleep well for ages too. It does seem to vary a lot. Little jwil slept much better as a newborn than he does now, maybe I was too smug or something :D

Do pop in again - do you have a diary?

Thanks!! I agree on the smugness thing - I told 2 people the other day that my little one seemed to be a good sleeper having done 6 hours for a few nights - he hasn't come close to that since I uttered those words"" :p

Yep I have a diary (thanks for the quicker reply Brizzle :)) - and any day now I will get to updating it......life and little ones are keeping me from it at the moment :D

I certainly will keep popping in, I'm inspired by your progress :)

I was really lucky/fortunate with my babies. They both slept right through from 7 1/2 weeks. :)
the first time each of them did it I had been watching for a couple of hours-expecting them to wake up and was even concerned they were unwell. they were of course, fine. They just take after their mummy and like their sleep. :D

We always hoped that little jwil would take after DH rather than me - he sleeps through anything!

I did stumble upon your diary the other day :) Hope you've managed to get some sleep now :D

Thank you :o It's been very hard work and a LOT to deal with. Although it was a hoard, it was lovingly hoarded and we wanted to do right by it.

The relative now has a legacy in that they have a library in their name in a particular charity due to the thousands of books we donated to them. We've also sent lots to various other charities that the relative supported.

We've recycled, reused, donated, sold as much as we can, and the amount sent to landfill has been minimal.

The stuff we have left to sell is all generally low value but lots of it so I've got plenty to keep going :)

Hope you've managed to get your listings done :D

    Not much done here.

Little jwil is still disturbed at night so I've bought some of those yakult drinks to give him to see if they help settle his stomach down.

I did receive my £50 from Yougov the other day :T and i've just completed another £10 survey from another company so fingers crossed that comes through soon.

I won a whole £2.70 on Euromillions last night, splashed some on a scratchcard and then won £5! Not a lot, but have left it in the account for next time I buy my lottery tickets.

Going to try and get some more listing done tomorrow. A few of my items from the weekend are selling and I've sold a book today, so happy with that.

I also managed to order cat food and a 'spare' teddy for little jwil from amazon using survey vouchers today, so that's a nice saving. He's very attached to this one teddy, so thought we'd better get a spare in just in case (and for those days where it needs to be in the wash!)

I'm trying to catch up on surveys to get some more vouchers in so I can stock up again on baby stuff as my stocks are getting low.

Just a heads up. I've had a message on eBay from eBay saying that from May (can't remember date) private sellers will be given 20 free listings a month-either auction or buy it now!

Wow, Jwil, you have been very busy and you sound much perkier. :)

Hope the yogurt does the trick for baby Jwil. It's very clever of you to get a spare teddy as well - we had endless trouble keeping our kids' cuddly toys safe.

I gave up on Yougov as I decided the hourly rate was too low and I think I waited an average of 3 years each time to get my 50 quid. I also got annoyed with them constantly trying to sell prize draw entries and they also failed to credit me with some of the points I earned. You seem to do much better than me when it comes to surveys. :T
