    Hi January,

I am also definately more a thinker than a do'er.... but when I get into it I tend to be okay.. I'm starting a gradual approach, have been on treadmill twice this year at least.. :rotfl:

  • Morning Puzz,

Eeeek the dreaded dieting. My weight has slowly crept up in the last year from 9.1/2st upto 10st :eek: I never wanted to be double figures :o. Trouble is I hate exercise with a passion, I would sooner cut food out then go running.

I really ought to do something though, especially if the weight keeps creeping up.

Well done you for getting started with the exercise, every little helps ;)

    Hi steph,

Your post made me laugh as your current weight is the weight I'm aiming for.. haven't been 9 1/2 stone since I was a young babe..!

Still not really feeling the diet/exercise thing but if I can do a little bit I hope to get more motivated...maybe....:D

    Todays news.....

I received my £10 voucher from ipsos, so that's gone into the christmas 2015 fund.... I am a third of the way to the next one, but the surveys are slow coming... One poll now at £35.50...

Have been on a course this morning in a very chilly room with no refreshments offered... so now home with a nice cuppa before I go out again..

Have had to put an extra £10 of petrol in the car today, been using it up keeping warm waiting for dd mainly...!!

Still waiting to confirm tonights plans with regards to dd's London trip, desperately hoping she doesn't go, bus strikes, overcrowded tubes and bad organisation but what will be will be so will have to wait until she tells me...!!

Hoping to jump on the treadmill tonight depending how plans pan out.. will keep you posted..!!

Lazy Sunday... so let's go back a few days..

Thursday.. dd did go to London and it all went well, bar a last minute dash to collect her as her text hadn't sent before she left London...oops.. Luckily OH was doing that journey!

Friday..Lunch with and paid for by lovely mother, and a nice chilled evening watching 'chef' with dd and then my normal drivel.. treated myself to M & S fahitas for tea and they were yummy...! (used my christmas gift card...)

Satruday, up early to get dd to work, then off to the supermarket, back to scan it (shopandscan) unpack and put it away, then hoovering, washing, cleaning etc.. pick up dd again and then a nice early evening watching some of our recorded programmes and then more drivel for me and an early night...

Sunday... Not a lot... I am tumbling towels... Have hoovered and washed my car.... lunch in a minute and then I need to pop to a shop.. Ironing later and then cooking a roast with my FREE chicken (tesco orchard..) for dinner tonight..

No money news, have had some statements in, no changes except the balances going down.. :D

My friend gave me her old iphone as she has upgraded and we have finally got dd back on the phone.. she is very happy with her 'new' secondhand' phone and my friend is just the most lovely person in the world...!

    That's about it for now...

    Have a lovely sunday..

    Happy Tuesday...

So Monday disappeared in a blur.. nothing to report other than 30 minutes on the treadmill..:j

More statements in, all still showing 0 interest.. :j

Started playing on the sc website yesterday with its pay off debt quicker calculator.. My dfd is September 2022... BUT.. come Dec next year I will finish paying my lovely mother loan so that will free up £200 a month.. (sc only allow me £76 for this..!) BUT dd may be starting uni so it may go in one hand and come out the other... lots of BUT's you notice... IF I could up my monthly payment it would bring my dfd to March 2021... Still along way off... ummm.... Still can't do anything about it at the minute as I don't have 'spare' cash that doesn't already have a job...!

Right off to do a survey that has taken an age to download..
