    Good Morning Puzz :)

If you don't adjust a man's settings he will default to 'toatally selfish mode.' This is the way men are programmed in the factory

Even though you're a girl I relate to everything you say here and I think (cheating or not) that there are millions of couples like you two. At the height of a huge row Mrs. B said to me we are 'brother and sister.' That's not quite 'Romeo & Juliet' but in the middle of a gargantuan bust up I calmed down because I quite liked that idea......those exact words had been in my mind for a year or two anyway.

You sound like 'brother and sister' too :)

On the subject of 'men,' sometimes if I get my timings wrong I will be driving past hundreds of blokes of all ages all trudging to the football and I think....... they really, really don't have a single brain cell between them :rotfl:!!!!

Hope you had a good evening.

Hope you have a fantastic evening Puzz, and well deserved.
You must have the patience of a saint and be a better person than me to have given OH all those chances!

Love Nachos, might do that for tonight too, as have DD home at the moment :) she's my best friend at the moment. Feel like I have lost touch with my friends somewhat, because don't often feel like seeing people. Promised myself I would make more of an effort this year.

Am trying to pluck up energy to wash and hoover car.....

    Hi Noah..

I had a lovely evening with my best friend, slightly spoilt by OH coming in at 1am having had his wheel stolen from his bike outside the pub... Now bearing in mind the pub is only 5 minutes from home, he needs to learn to bring it home before going drinking...!!

I have reduced my friends over the years and now only remain in contact with the one's who make me smile.. I got dragged down by a few over the years and learnt that I didn't actually gain anything from them.. so they are history...!

Hope you enjoyed your nachos with your dd.

    Hi Brogden,

Yep you got it in one.. definately more brother and sister.. although I think I get on better with my real brother.. and probably see him more often..!! I worked out that I have seen OH awake for about 1 hour since friday morning....!! Still at least we don't argue as we are never in the house together long enough.... !

I had a lovely evening, thank you and am busy organising the next one..!

Oh bless, yes 32 is a little young to start being comfortable..!! I found out that a couple up the road from us are seperating and they are probably late 50's.. My OH says 'they are a bit old for doing that..'... umm no, personally I think that's probably a good time as the children have left home and mortgage is probably nearly paid off... Who knows what the future is going to bring us... we just have to keep.. :D

Well the weekend flew past in a haze of disturbed sleep courtesy of OH, lots of giggles with the best friend and housework...

I did go and buy some new knickers...:j Will go look for some nightware after payday.. which is on Thursday.. :j and then off to City Break next wednesday...:j

Have lovely mother for dinner tonight so made shepherds pie yesterday, her favourite.. I always offer to make something different but as she's never been a cook.. well if its black its done was her motto.. she loves my shepherds pie and I make 2 small one's for her to take home and freeze.. see I am such a lovely daughter...!

Busy day at work so hardly been here, and the house is cold.. got a busy week planned so its typically that my car decided today it was going to get the clutch pedal stuck down when I was in full flow of traffic.. it did it twice and scared me.. so I took it to my garage and they played and took it for a drive and of course it wouldn't do anything.. I'm hoping its just a one off and was having a grumpy day... will keep you posted..

No money news.. running on low until payday, but I'm sure I'll manage.. 2 days until SC 16th payment goes to creditors, will come back and update figures...

    Have a good week...

:j Sc Statement day.. and we are into the 51k's....:j

:jPayday tomorrow.... and still got £20 in the bank.. but do need to buy a few bits today, so all good.... :j

Been a busy working week.. its really not on you know...! dd's working tonight but its OH's turn to collect and typically she is finishing early due to some owed christmas hours.. never happens when its my shift..!! I will try and do an evening visit after dropping her and another one tomorrow night..

Fingers crossed the car has been ok, I'm still a little nervous but hoping it was just a blip that has now gone away...

Need to get organised for my trip next week, I have a list but haven't actually achieved much off of it yet.... and of course I have to organise everything here for whilst I'm away.. its endless..!

Must also pay in the £20 of 20p's and 50p's that have been sitting in the kitchen for a week.. they should be in my summer 2015 saving pot..

Still waiting for one poll payout but I know last time it took about 5 weeks so won't start worrying yet... I'm 400 points away from my next voucher on ipsos and have a royal mail survey to do in May which will be another £5 voucher... all coming together nicely for christmas 2015..

    Nothing exciting to report otherwise..

  • Hi Puzz,

Just catching up with your diary and you have my sympathies where your OH is concerned (you know all about my OH:mad:).

Great news that you are now into the 51k's, it's a fantastic feeling that the debt is reducing.

You have inspired me once again and I have signed up to a few survey's. I spend most of my life on a computer so thought that rather than trawling Facebook or the web I might as well earn a bit extra.

    Take care
    Ellie xx

    Hi Ellie,

Thank you for popping by, I know you have lots going on at the moment in your world.

I only do one poll and ipsos now as I found the others were just too slow at getting to pay out.. Good luck with making some pennies..!

:jPayday.. best day of the month.... shame the lovely bank account gets depleted so quickly...!!

Have moved all my savings into my many pots.. I actually want to start a few new one's as I had a pay rise last month and can see this getting just swallowed up if I don't do something specific with it... Will leave it be for now as off on city break next week and 'spare' cash can just sit in my bank and earn a p interest...!

I have got a blocked sink in the kitchen, have tried the unblocking powder but it hasn't worked so I am currently trying baking powder and vinegar - googled off the internet.. don't expect I will cure it but OH isn't around and I'm not taking the sink apart...!!

Did a visit last night and am planning on another tonight and then 2 more working days.. friday/monday and then a whole week off...:j I am actually only away for 3 nights but need to use my leave anyway...!

    Right back to my sink.....
