Successful complaints about private parking tickets - how to get them cancelled!

Below is the link to my thread to read the long story, and in summary:
The first I knew of this was when I received a letter from BW Legal, who had been instructed by TPS, who apparently had sent me PCNs with no response.  Unfortunately, I moved house the same week the PCN was incurred so I didn't receive the post.
I came on here and followed the instructions in NEWBIES thread.  It seemed a difficult situation because most of the shops at this site had shut down and the car park management company had changed since my visit, the signage had changed and the landowners were non responsive.  In the meantime I continued with the instructions in NEWBIES and then BW went quiet for a year.  They left the odd voicemail (I blocked the number) but these were a recorded message with no specifics.  Then out of the blue they picked up again and I was at the official Letter Before Claim stage (I'd had one previous but this one included expenditure forms which you DO NOT fill in).  I tried to contact landowners again and somehow this time I had luck, so after 2.5 years and practically about to get a court date it turns out PLAN A got the resolution after all.

Brilliant that people are continuing to complaint to landowners, even years later, and still reporting successes once you fin the right person to email.

Well done ...... at least you have saved the robo claimer BWLegal wasting their time and money on a pointless time wasting case ....... that must please the robo claimer, saving money instead of wasting it ??

Bovey Sands Car Park - Devon 
my daughter parked and had no signal on her phone to pay on ‘ringo’ when the signal appeared her payment went through. She has prove on her phone of payment. She received a letter but unfortunately it wasn’t opened and  her second letter was opened today. She’s panicking and upset and we’ve tried to explain to her she doesn’t have to pay the £160 charge. 

She can write and contest this charge. Any help would be appreciated 😊

Group Nexus (Highview and CP Plus) old 2015 claims are being cancelled by plenty of landowners, including MOTO and Roadchef (email the CEO).

And here is a Highview claim cancelled for an old parking charge at Riverside Retail Park, Norwich (Nuveen Real Estate cancelled it):

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to those who contributed to this thread with so much knowledge and information.I recently received PCN from Bp garage Hammersmith  while queuing on-site car wash. I contacted Bp via email stated how disappointed I am that a car wash has attracted £100 surcharge,  and PC was cancelled.

Another Shout out for Plan A, even if you have missed appeal and are getting legal letters. 
Complain, complain, complain. Its never too late. Copy your MP in at the same time.

For appeals on railway land with car parks that are managed by parking companies, complain to the highest person in the Train Operating Company you can find, or the land owner if it is clear who it is. In my case this person in the TOC was the Managing Director of C2C. 
I never received a PCN. I was not afforded an appeal when i got a debt collectors letter 4 months after the event from Trace Recovery. 
They refused to converse with me when i asked for evidence so i could appeal. Then legal letters started arriving. I spent time collecting evidence and drafting a defence which i think was very compelling. That defence was used in a strong letter to the MD stating i would hold his company and the parking company to account wuth a counter claim. I copied my MP into the email. It was dropped like a hot stone.
