Yes, everything - including emails from GroupNexus.

Re Landowner CEO details - it was a hassle!. Basically, i just google the car park and searched other Highview threads where people mentioned ''Savills'' and also ''Nuveen Real Estate'' for Highview. I then looked at both websites but i couldn't get CEO emails. So out of stress and confusion as to which company owns the land, i decided to ring both companies and told their receptionist that i want to make a complaint to their CEO as a matter of urgency (didn't say what it was). Obviously, the lady couldn't give me the email, so i gave my email instead. Surprisingly CEO assistant's emailed me back... then i emailed the CEO's.

Savills property manager emailed with saying that the ticket has been cancelled.

Also Someone mentioned this: Try :- http:// ceo email . com Take out the spaces - but email was wrong

    GOOD NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU EVERYONE.

Got an email from Savills. The COURT CLAIM has been cancelled and a confirmation letter on the way.

(I have lost a case before but i wasn't going down with this one without a fight.)

To anyone in the same boat, please follow the advice in the ''NEWBIES'' thread.

Basically, I sent complaints emails to - my MP, Landowner CEO, BPA CEO and they all responded. (well, i didn't hold back but i also pulled ''the sympathy card and heartstrings strategy'' - throw in the current situation etc).

    - ICO - i complained to them about GroupNexus SAR refusal and demands for ID to verify identity. I haven't heard back but i will update.

Seriously well done! I am soo pleased for you  :)

You have given me renewed hope to continue fighting my case now, which is also 5 and a half years since 1st letter from Highview, and with CCBC claim form received around the same date as yours too.

Better to avoid a new thread and just copy this one:

I am trying to stop new Highview threads that no-one needs.

@Coupon-mad, I do understand there is a place for these 'group threads', but when a Claim has been issued I do believe that it is then time for each case to be progressed separately.
Just one example... each case will will have different target dates throughout the court process.
It would be madness, and could only lead to confusion with people following wrong deadlines.

@Tenting42 has a County Court Claim Form.
I have offered to help him/her if they start a new thread.
