Successful complaints about private parking tickets - how to get them cancelled!

I would suggest that the problems with PPCs driving away custom is circulatory.
Where I live, Sainsbugs, Tesco, ASDA, and Coop use parking scammers but Morrisons do not. So, if someone gets !!!!'d off with a supermatket they go to Morrisons.
In other parts of the country perhaps Morrisons are infested but Sainsbugs are not. Yet another part of the country will find Sainsbugs are infested but Tescos are not.
So, all around the country people are boycotting one or two supermarkets and moving to others, but the net number of shoppers at each company across the country remains the same, so supermarkets actually do not notice any decline in shoppers at all.I married my cousin. I've been asked to post this here;
I received a PCN from Parking Eye for overstaying the grace period while picking a nurse up from a major hospital. The driver was disabled but had not registered the badge with this hospital, despite it being registered at another.
I appealed to PE and (not) surprisingly they rejected it.
I trawled pages on this forum and from advice contacted PALS and the hospital parking team.
Neither responded to my emails and I was in the process of preparing a POPLA when I received a letter today from PE cancelling the charge.
Just wanted to say a big thank you to all the past victims who share experiences and those who offer pertinent advice0 -

Hi, my wife visited the Crown Wharf car park in Walsall whilst shopping and returned home unaware of any problems as usual. We then received a letter from PCN saying that we hadn't paid and needed to pay a £50 charge, so we then looked through all of the tickets to find that the machine had printed a paper saying " Not a valid ticket" so this is what I wrote in my appeal.
"My wife visited the car park several days that month and has all of the receipts for every visit, we went on holiday from 25th March until 17th April and when we returned found both the charge notice and reminder. My wife looked at all of the receipts and found that the one dated 19/03/2018 (no 119468) says NOT A VALID TICKET DECLINED, but she had not noticed this and placed it in windscreen as a normal ticket as the machine did not reject the £1 coin, so she thought that all was ok. Any help with this matter would be appreciated and we will continue to use the service but check the ticket more thoroughly in the future, I have attached the ticket and holiday booking as evidence thank you."
They said that they would look into this, so we waited for there reply, there was no response from them so we thought it was all accepted until last week we received a letter from DRP on behalf of CP Plus charging £149.99 I called them to say that we thought that it was all settled but they want evidence which we do not have,
Any help would be very much appreciated, thank you.
I have since found an email from them in my junk saying that it was rejected0 -

Perhaps you should actually go and read the basic posting/board use guide and Stickies that you clearly confirmed you had read and understood as part of your signup.
That will make helping you - and you helping yourself a whole lot easier.
As for your "unique case" - Post 1 2:2 of the Newbies Sticky covers it completely.0 -
if you aren't actually going to give actual help, sarky comments are no help either so please help yourself by not wasting my time otherwise its just becomes a useless echo chamber.
1 2:2 means nothing to me, there is no numbering0 -
It is often confusing for newbies ... so don't worry ...
try the links that I posted to see if that helps
