You should feel really proud of yourself Heffi1. You will recover control of your life, at each wobble remember how much you hate cigarettes "telling you" what to do for all those years.

And ... I'm done. Last ciggie finished. DH has announced he's not stopping til he picks up his e-cig parcel on Wednesday, so he's forthwith banished to the garden including at 5.30 tomorrow morning. I've been giggling at this all day, if only you knew me!
Well I have made it through the day and managed not to smoke all day. Well.... on the plastic one only, maybe seen as cheating by some, but i have smoked nearly 40 a day for the last 6 months, and have smoked for the last 35 years.
DAY 1 COMPLETED for me.
Good luck to all of you starting in the morning.lbm 11/06/12 dept total 11499.470 -
