Well done everyone who's kept up the good work! :T
I'm an epic fail.
Bought a pack on Monday.
Will just start stopping AGAIN when I've finished. <sigh>
However I have still saved £30+ this month by trying to stop, so I guess it's not all bad...0 -

Sorry you have fallen off the wagon, I'm sure it's only a temporary blip.
You just have to keep telling yourself you an do this.

End of 17th day for me. getting much easier and back to drinking tea/coffee without the urge for a cig . The desperate need for a cigarette after a meal is still strong but it can only get better as time goes on.old enough for my bones to feel the cold .0

Sorry not posted for a while.
Day 26 for me and it's getting easier. Hitting the gym much more often now to keep me busy and have limited my use of nicotine replacement to just the inhalator when the craving gets too much (usually if I'm hungry or just after the evening meal).
Downloaded a neat little app for my phone too which gives me some added motivation - so far (according to the app) I've not smoked 594 ciggies and saved £191 - though I know this to be more as I've avoided weekends out with my smoking friends so saved beer money too!
Well done to the rest of you making this journey (or restarting in the case of some). I can personally say now that the cough has gone I seem to have much more time in the day to get the small chores done, am sleeping much better (probably down to increased time at the gym) and have money left in the bank at pay dayBYS # 7 £0 /£1000Quit smoking Sept 2013 - Saved £525 (4/12/13)0 -
Day 20 for me and still not smoking. I'm finding it easier too now.
