Day 10 for me and I'm feeling benefits both financially and health wise. Energy levels have slightly increased. I'm saving the money I would have spent on cigarettes. :) continued good luck everyone.

There's about an extra £70 in the account to what I thought there was at the moment, which shows that even smoking for part of October (I've stopped now) there's money left over.

Yes, I've definitely noticed extra money. I am putting most of it away and banking it at intervals. :) win/win. :D

I'm 4 days smoke free now, and 8 days this month.

    It feels good!

    Well done! That's brilliant! :j

It helps when you get support and encouragement.
I nearly buckled Sunday-extremely stressful time at work and some of the lazy !!!!!! I had to work with. It was enough to try he patience of a saint. I took a few deep breaths and made myself a cup of tea when I got home...oh and I ate as well... Hoping not to replace cigs with food.
Anyway, cravings don't last for long and I'm still on the wagon and I coped without a smoke -so I'm pretty impressed with that. :)
