  • Thank you shinner and kerri :)

I spent £1 today and was gutted as it meant not a nsd:rotfl: oh dear the simple mentality eh!

I've got £10 cash and £29 in my bank until Friday which should be enough but my petrol is on empty (as usual! ) and I have a 200 mile round trip to mil  am planning on putting £ 29 in the tank and driving slow :rotfl: and using the cash for Dartford and any other little expenses. Really hope nothing pops up though

If I'm absent tomorrow and Thursday it's because I'm in deepest darkest Kent with no signal  and Thursday is trick or treating too :)

I've felt tired and achy all day so I'm putting the smaller kids to bed after their film and tidying up a little and going up myself :( hate clock change time it always throws me out :(

    Hi D.Free, :hello:

Hope your trip to visit MIL is more fun than you're expecting; if it's sheer "duty" then hopefully the kids will enjoy themselves, and at least you've got your course to look forward to next week. :)

  • We made it to payday :T mil was such a short trip that it was fine ;)

I'm currently hiding in my room away from kids. I swear they are about to break me with the moaning and telling tales on one another from dd and ds2 and the almighty tantrum I've just had from ds1 when I told him he wasn't getting a ps4 for xmas :( . He doesn't respect his things enough to warrant me spending anywhere near that and it looks like he'll be sorely disappointed on xmas day. I told him to ask family for money and I would give him vouchers toward it and he went right off the handle complaining about how stingy everyone is (errr hello there is a recession!) So I told him to forget it then he's not having it. Yet again I'm a carp mother so I just walked away or else I think I would have swung for him :( wouldn't mind but have spent a fortune on buying him 3 jumpers, 2 pairs of jeans/trousers just this morning. Am so fed up with him I honestly feel picked on!

Will do my banking later I had to go to town and collect another log on thing as mine is lost. Hoping after earlier spends I've not over stretched myself already this month, all for an ungrateful teenager:mad::mad:

If it's not school clothes I'd take them all back, assuming he's not worn them all already. Ungrateful so-in-so, doesn't he know you're doing the very best you can to look after the house by yourself whilst your DH is away?

Big hugs DFW, but glad you didn't have too bad a time whilst away xx
