Yes he's in the Army hence my spending habits couldn't possibly match yours because his credit never was really up to scratch :o (obviously am very glad about this! :rotfl:I think.....)

DFW, the flylady tasks are about doing as much as you can. If you miss something today, then forget about it, it's gone. It'll come round again next week don't worry :) the fact you have been able to do just one thing on the list is great. This is what I have to remember for when I have to go to the office to work instead of working from home. The ultimate thing with flylady is we're no longer trying to be perfectionists :) there's no room in our lives for the P word :p

  • Good morning!!! Another scorcher here today *woop*:j Washing is out on the line already and the washing basket is finally empty :T

Off to see a friend this morning and I was so close to cancelling it this morning after accidentally getting out the wrong side of the bed :o, 2 cups of tea, 3 slices of toast & my agnus later and I feel ok again :rotfl:I still have one more early morning then I get 2 lie ins :D. I've got up at 6am every day this week and it's really starting to catch up with me... i'm such a lightweight!

My ds1 has given me some letters this morning and he's sitting some of his GCSE's this year  Since when did they sit them in year 10 and not year 11?????????? He has his first psychology lesson today and his first philosophy & ethics one, he's looking forward to doing those :T I have to say I wouldn't mind sitting in on those ones either ;) he can keep the double science & maths this morning though :rotfl:

The kids are being picked up at 5pm tonight (:T) so early dinner and bed for my two I think! Dukie (the doggie) is loving all the attention he's getting from all the extra kids :) and come the evening he no longer tries to sit all over my laptop/book /whatever I am doing and he just crawls off to [STRIKE]his[/STRIKE] my bed and passes out from exhaustion :p

Will do my banking this morning as I forgot last night and i'm sure a bill is due out around the 6th. Also will check meal planner as can't remember what we're supposed to be having :o am thinking pasta bake purely because it's quick and easy and they need to be fed and watered by 4.30 ish.

Hope everyone is enjoying the sun today! It isn't going to last much longer according to my trusty weather report (my neighbour) rain from Saturday and Autumnal weather from Monday. I've got my shorts on and I intend to wear them as much as I can before packing away for next year :(!!

    Happy shiny new diary:T:T

I'm skimming over the flylady bits in case I get infected  I've had enough keeping the home like a show-house whilst trying to sell it. I suppose I'm lucky I sold it quickly, otherwise I might risk getting into the habit of thorough housework, feeling faint at the thought....
