Oh dear to the vegetable incident. I once declared in front of my very impressionable niece 'Meat isn't made from animals, it comes from the vegetables no one wants'. SIL was horrified as niece instantly declared an utter dislike for meat, which was the only non-processed thing she would eat!! :o:o:o so I sympathise with your young guest at not knowing protocol around small children. Oh how I have learned! :rotfl:

Wahoo to the extra pay!! Although.. how you are so calm about the prospect of a CC bill is beyond me. I know we accept certain issues in our other halves, but this total diversion from your own way of existence to DH's is just.. mind-boggling. I would have divorced or killed him by now for sure! :rotfl: You are an :A and saintlier than I!!

Also I am loving at your internal pride at the girl and her mum looking in all of your cupboards :rotfl: thank goodness for KM'ing. :D xxx

I have DH's cc bill in front of me as i've just done my ynab  It only lists up to the 11th of april so I've no idea how much he's spent after that date but basically the £197 that was already on there has now jumped to £414 :( I really feel like he does it because it proves that I don't control him (which isn't my intention I am just trying to have control over the finances not him :( ) ....I've paid £9.33 over to the CC just now as that was all that was left in my main account before payday tomorrow. I have budgeted £100 to pay it this month so basically I will be paying it off still by the time we're hopefully moving. I honestly give up and don't know what to say to him.

Oh you are kidding!?! What is he spending it on?! I would be shouting so loud and for so long... I feel so sorry for you :( I know you know it does no good to tell him. He can't be trusted, you should treat him like a child if he is going to behave like one.

Just keep your chin up and keep aiming for what is best for you and the kids ok. xxx

  • I must be the only person who can have a full blown row with someone the other side of the world  Honestly all i've done this evening is get upset at DH!!! I'm fuming with him he's so ignorant and selfish I wonder all the time recently why I am with him still :(:(.

Anyway i've just realised i've gone the whole day without a headache and I took no SJW today so it must have been that ...the sicky tummy feeling is still there though, hoping the nausea will pass soon. I didn't think you could have a bad reaction to that herb! Guess I am the exception ?!

I am watching another dvd on the "maybe " pile ....when I did my initial sort through there were at least 20 that I couldn't decide if they sparked joy mainly because I hadn't seen them in years or not watched them at all :o so I am making my way through them slowly and so far only one has stayed out of 6 :T I'd much rather have a bookshelf full of movies we all love (I have kept dh's favourites although I feel like being a b1tch right now and throwing them away :D ) and I am going through the ones he's not bothered about and I'm not sure about. I am watching Biloxi Blues right now...haven't watched in years so can't even remember if I like it or not :rotfl:

Hope everyone is having a good evening. I needed that little rant before I say something to dh on messenger I regret! I've already told him we need to put in some serious work to our relationship when he's back so i think that's enough for one evening :D

    Evening DFW,

Bl00dy men... who'd have them  hope he makes it up to you when he's home.

Good news on the lack of symptoms today from the SJW, are you back down to 1 a day now? xx

Great news about the headache disappearing. SJW can be quite strong and give reactions. Try one tablet and use that for a couple of weeks then start moving it up. It may just be you need time to get used to it!

As for your rant on DH... bless you; I would have gone for the messenger message instead, but I can be a real b!tch when I want :rotfl:

Yes you do need some work; I hope he agreed! I seem to remember this was argued over and agreed at your last parting though and he did a bit of kowtowing then swanned off with his mates?

Big hugs to you. You're a super strong woman of steel! xxx
