Your life is absolute madness!! How you manage to keep all the balls in the air is beyond me, really.

And I do the same with the diaries. The same few are constantly bumped up to the top of my list at certain times when I actually sit down on the 'puter! Guess it is just the work related times that are so busy you can't keep up!

As for fruitloop.... I miss it! Having come to live down south from Nottingham where it was an oft used phrase along with 'ayup me duck' now I have everyone in fits of giggles when I say it. As it is something I have grown up with please be ASSURED that I mean nothing nasty by calling her a fruitloop. Just, much as I love her, she lives in a world of her own & isn't that interested in people outside of herself and her own issues. Hence a fruitloop ;) How anyone could scream and text it?!?! :rotfl: story for another day??? lol

You are my own personal mini challenge by the way. I hope, someday to have totals in my sig that look like yours... Brilliant stuff considering all that you do!

    Take care x

Ahhh "Ay'up Mi Duck" :rotfl: I remember being called this for the first time after moving out of Sarf Landan up to Lincolnshire and wondering why the hell some one was calling me a duck. I thought they were being rude and went home to tell my mum who had to explain it to me that it was a term of affection up there :rotfl: I never understood it :o but when I hear it now I love it as it reminds me of my childhood :) I've a friend up there who calls everyone chick or chicken too :rotfl: or in fact anything to do with chicken....chicken pie, chicken nuggets etc and I still find that very odd :rotfl:

Anyway off the subject of chickens and ducks...

My signature....I wish it were better :o although I know it's a lot I'm all too aware of how much houses cost these days and so would love to be looking at a signature with double the amount :o one day though..... :)

That's what I usually have pending too :rotfl: it was bumped up by the change in broadband suppliers but I still want it confirmed and payable before counting my chickens......ahh there I go again with chickens!

  • Hello!

Well I survived soft play. JUST! I woke up this morning with a crick in my neck and a pulled leg (WTH was I doing in my sleep  ) but had already promised myself to a morning of madness running around after 2 toddlers :wall: 2 painkillers later and I was ok to go (probably not the best idea though as now they are wearing off I have those pains back PLUS a few more :o ) I am glad I did though the dad was lovely and had ME and did have trouble walking so it must have been a relief to have someone run around after the kids & I reckon they will both be asleep right about now ;)

I walked the dog before the school run. WORST idea ever! Kids were moaning, moaning oh and fighting :wall: It had to be done though as I wasn't sure what time i'd be back. And now I am back I have hair dye on whilst I have the time to do it :) (managed to get it all over my arm, hand, ears & neck too. Bonus). after I've done my hair and showered I will be relaxing with a tea which is where I will stay until school run time I think. Am in need of a quiet day or two, or three :D

I spent £3 out too which I'm not too impressed with. I was planning on a nsd, but a huge charity shop is right next to the soft play and I popped in as I was early! Fatal, of course. I walked out with 2 plant pots and £3 down in my purse :rotfl:. Still I got a free tea & lunch and will get expenses back for petrol so not a total loss :)

 will you look at the time! Must go wash the hair dye off before my hair falls out

  • I'm back, with different colour hair :T (and arms, forehead, neck and bathroom wall :wall: )

DH has applied for a new CC! One to replace his "lost" one. The lost one which is sitting in my handbag :wall: I expect he's a little annoyed really as he probably thought it would arrive before his trip abroad........ah what a shame! Why oh why does he refuse to grow up :(

I've got landlord's insurance and breakdown cover renewals through so need to get searching for the best deals on those as they're both due in a few weeks. Will try and get some cashback on those too if I can :D

I was too annoyed! He messaged me finally after days of not hearing from him telling me he'd gone through half his money already  so I said "shame you didn't leave a few days later, your replacement card just turned up" and he was very quiet after that!!!
    Lovely stuff!

  • Well I've got myself another job............another job that I don't get paid for :wall: what on earth is going on with me lately! A lady from school that I sort of know went for a job yesterday but was worried about getting her kids to school on time and being able to collect them (her new job would be in a different school just round the corner) so I suggested that I could do it for her. I think I am truly stupid, honestly. I've never known anyone to do as many jobs for free :rotfl: In one week i'll have been carer, childminder, taxi driver and not been paid a penny. Oh well my own fault really, I wouldn't mind either if I didn't have a savings plan in mind  Not sure how long I will be doing it for but I think she will be looking for a breakfast club and some sort of after school one too so we'll see.

Oh and since posting I've realised I have an infection in my finger! I stabbed myself last week (by accident, i'm very clumsy :o ) and it's been throbbing all afternoon! I gave it a little prod and white stuff is coming out :( I've cleaned it and hope it'll be ok, and then straight after I stubbed my toe and think my toenail might fall off now too as it's very loose and also throbbing, red and bleeding. Oh geez!!! Right i'll quit whining now and leave you all be :rotfl:
