This is what I spent my first 'child-free' day doing:
BEFORE:
AFTER:
And times that by 6 cupboards (couldn't be bothered putting all the pics up here i'm sure you don't really care :rotfl:) It's taken me 2 hours to do the cupboards plus i've cleaned sides, done dishwasher, swept & mopped floor and cleaned table off and the window sill ...
Monday - Kitchen
15 Minutes..
Wipe out the fridge, note what needs using up or restocking -have run out of time to do this but tbh I usually keep on top of the fridge and as it gets low I rearrange and clean the shelves when empty so shouldn't be too bad!
30 minutes to spare..
[STRIKE]Sweep and mop the floor
Wash out the washing machine drawer[/STRIKE]
Got an hour...
[STRIKE]Wipe the surfaces, removing things which don't belong here as you go
Are the spiders coming in from the cold, go on a cobweb hunt[/STRIKE]
Extra challenge:
[STRIKE]Choose your messiest drawer and give it a good tidy, wipe out if you have the time[/STRIKE](well I did the cupboards surely that counts :rotfl:) Renew library books,[STRIKE] fill in that form you've been meaning too,[/STRIKE] check for birthdays in the next few weeks.MORTGAGE BALANCE when we moved Aug 2024, £120,000. :rotfl:I still have 2 left to do  the biggest ones too, rubbish! Although saying this I did actually get a real sense of achievement from doing it, and guess what the condiments no longer fall out on your head (if you're short like me) when you open the cupboards :rotfl::j The pans no longer fall on your toes and well the plastic cupboard hasn't been attacked yet, that is on tomorrow's agenda :eek: not looking forward to that one
