Good morning :) So pleased things are going well for you, you really are going for it, need to borrow some of your motivation as severely lacking here ;)

  • Yes I'm hoping some of this motivation rubs off on me too :o.

I'm seriously contemplating taking advantage of flexi time and leaving between 3 or 4 (I only arrived at 10 ). It'll mean working longer hours the rest of the week to make up for it, but I didn't sleep for long last night (went to bed very late) so it would be nice to catch up.

Piquant, if your DD is home from her long trip I presume she's not got a job over here yet? Could you entice her to do some Ebaying/packing inbetween recovering from jetlag/catching up with family & friends etc?
Many hands make light work and all that and it seems like Colin's got his paws full demolishing the sold sign ;)

Ha ha ha ha ha to Colin's demolition tactics!
Sorry I can't offer much in the way of packing supplies etc but so heart warming to hear all offered of help and assistance once again.
I can assist with packing and wine drinking, but no sturdy boxes here as it is all on the racking!
Do you know of any place locally where you can advertise saddle etc? Might be less traumatic than flea bay to deal with?

As always, you are doing great and well done! Do take care of you though and remember to eat something!

    Evenin' all!

This is going to be a short and sweet entry to the diary. I am so tired I can hardly stay awake, my eyes are streaming with yawns.

Coffee shop wasn't too bad, but I can't wait to leave, funny though the customers queue to see me and three gave me their telephone numbers to meet up for coffee - when???? and no, they weren't of the male variety :D

I still owe a pm or two.

I've had an email from the estate agent as the buyers want to buy my curtains and dining room table and anything else that's up for grabs. Apparently they love how I've done it all out. I'm putting off responding, firstly because I'm so tired and secondly because I love my dining room table.

DD cleared out a few cupboards whilst I was at work and transferred all my favourite CDs onto my laptop, just in case they got lost in the move or I wanted to sell them to raise extra cash.

Managed to lug two huge bags of hardback books to oxfam in the rain, might be part the reason I'm so tired, combined with sharing a bottle of wine with DD until late :o

I know it's rude, but I'm going to have to call it a night, the old witterings and more like the ramblings of the little Ronnie, and yes I do witter darling beanie! :rotfl:

EE I do want your boxes and I will pm you- promise!

I'm off to work early tomorrow, days this week. DS 2 is round late afternoon to help clear more stuff! So I'll be back in the evening.
