well, i've managed to lose 2 of the 3 pounds I put on last week, so i'm back to 8 pounds. I really should be doing a hell of a lot better than this though. I think there are 6 more weigh ins before Blackpool (if I weigh in on the Friday 2 days early the weekend we all meet) and 1 pound a week is only going to 14 pounds.
AND I WANTED TO BEAT LENNY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Even 2 pounds a weeks is 20 pounds.........ggrrrr....
oh well, just keep going.
food today:
breakfast - muesli/skimmed milk
lunch - filled pitta bread
dinner - tortillas filled with pork chilli
have a good one folks!"Stay Wonky":D

Well done Keren
All helps - and remember, Lenny has NOTHING else to do and NO other things going on in life!! I think we forget that sometimes when life throws things at us, making it harder to lose the weight.

Morning everyone, I'm going to sort through the last few pages and try to get everyone updated. I've lost nothing, but I haven't gained either which is good news. I wish I could get moving in the right direction again. I'm trying to get my 5 a day... do jaffa cakes count? If so, I'm def getting my 5 a day.
Food for me is whatever catering supply, I do try to snack on dried fruits, seeds and nuts for energy rather than chocolate and crisps. I've also made the band go all healthy on the rider, no fizzy crap, water and juices, no white bread, pastries, chips, deep fried mars bars, we have chicken, salads, wholemeal bread, brown rice. This lot are young upstarts, they are new to the touring lark (The Hoosiers) give it a year or two and they'll be glad they didn't start off on gunk and lard.
Right, off to update you all.:A
