B ~ Multigrain toasted bagel with light lurpack
L ~ HM prawn pasta salad <see I am getting my finger out >
T ~ Prolly a WW meal with steamed veggies

snacks ~ I have with me a plum and a nectarine but I will update later if any skinny cow passes my lips :rolleyes:

Good News for the day:
Little legs has got on the swimming lessons course
Her burn is healing nicely and should only need to be dressed another week

For I have sinned!!

Last night I had a curry... complete with Bombay Potato, followed by chocolate pudding and ice cream!!!!!

But I am going to be good day.... No really!

Today:
2 Weetabix + skimmed milk
Apple
Banana
Cheese and salad sandwich followed by a yogurt
Jacket spud with beans and rest of cheese allowance.

Good News for the Day:
I am feeling positive and in healthy control of my life, nothing is giving me panic attacks and I am feeling happy (although I do want to laugh for no reason!)

I can't even tempt you with waffles as I don'thave any at the moment!!!!

so so day yesterday, food today

breakfast: bacon sandwich
lunch HM egg fried rice
dinner: sausage pasta bake

hmm....can't think of any good news for the day. Oh, I know. I'm off to meet my friend and her little boy in the park when i go dog walking so I'll probably walk further and burn more calories as we're chatting!

Right,really need to get back into this had a bad couple of weeks with lots of health issues and trying to come to terms with yet another diagnosis my diet has gone to pot a little,but I haven't been too bad,I have my weigh in tonight and I think I have stayed the same,which considering what I've been up to,is brilliant news
Will update later with the damage,but well done everyone for keeping going :A

I weight in tonight to LIH.... ANd I'm sure I've not lost anything, but I've decided that today is a new day and I can treat it as the first day of the diet and I've written up a menu for the next week and included all my syns and Healthy Extras and allowed myself a treat a day in the hope that I wont fall off the wagon again.

Hi guys. I've had another message from Weller - unfortunately Andy has been diagnosed with bowel cancer - she seems (understandably) absolutely devastated.

From what she has told me, they feel it is treatable, but she is at the hospital tonight talking to the consultant about treatment etc. She says they have caught it in the very early stages, and it hasn't spread to any major organs.

She wanted you all to know the truth about what is happening, and says she will be back soon.

I am hoping and praying that the consultant will give them some positive news, and that Andy has a quick recovery.

Sorry, I don't really know what else to say, I am absolutely gutted for her. Their courage and strength are amazing, and they don't deserve this.

I'm really sorry Weller if you see, this for the news.

What I will say though, that bowel cancer is very treatable if caught early enough.

i'll be thinking of you all.

OMG - the poor poor things ~ may they find the strength to overcome this terrible blow.

Mrs S ~ please pass on my thoughts and prayers to the whole family and thank you for letting us know.
