well, here goes hoping I'm not as naughty as yesterday!!!
I'm trying to educate myself to have 3 meals a day and nothing inbetween, which is part of my problem - the 'desire' to be eating. Bit like a smoker I guess, the 'need' to have a cigarette.
Anyway, food for today:
Breakfast: cereal, banana and skimmed milk
lunch: homemade egg fried rice
dinner: chicken curry with rice
Still very hayfever-y. Weird, I've never had it into August before, shows the odd weather we are having, although it's only down here that i'm particularly badly affected. Had virtually no signs of it when I was away last week."Stay Wonky":D

Right I am convinced that I haven't lost anything this week (I had a really bad weekend!) but I'm not going to pig out after weight in tomorrow night. I'm going to sit down and have a nice jacket spud with beans and cheese. I need to get control of this again and I'm going to start here.
So I promise you all that from now on I am going to be really good and start losing some weight again. So today I am going to be eating:
2 weetabix + Skimmed milk
Apple
Banana
Ham Salad followed by a yogurt
I'm not all that sure what I am going to have later, but I might do some roast chicken with a few roast potatoes.

Hi everyone, flying visit, I've ended up on tour, have 77 dates between now and October. Bit of a pain but the cash is good.
Oh and I've bought a house, I just couldn't resist. Motgage sorted but I think we'll rent it out for a year until we're ready to go. Visa will be through by October and it'll be dead tempting to go then. I've even got a school for my little one (who's birthday it is today) HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMBER-DAISY!!! I know I wasn't supposed to buy a house but I couldn't resist. I'll leave you to do the maths on how much it cost... oh ok £135,000 crazy!
Here's the link, it's a new build and these pics aren't the best, but I think it's lovely.

good luck with the move toto when it happens - house does look good. Where are you touring?
Kick started my New Healthy Lifestyle by having an op yesterday - general anaesthetic so nothing to eat from 9pm on monday eve til 5pm yeterday. Got home and had 6 cream crackers and dairylea (traditional recuperation food) and 2 squares of dark choc - it turned out my nurse is 40 2 days before me and is determined to be fit not by then as she put it. Quite nice having a girly chat for a change!
Today i've had a bowl of cereal and semi-skimmed milk not sure what else as i think effects of anaesthetic are strting to kick in - got to have a day in bed :T and no housework allowed for a week in case I get dust in my eye (they’ll have to decorate the living room without me ‘sigh’ lol). On the downside no swimming, running or aerobics for about a month  :j
hope everyone has agood day0 -
I'm doing a UK tour, which is going through Europe sometime after, then Japan, next year USA. I don't like to name drop so I won't tell you which band it is. I'd rather not do the full world tour though, tour busses seriously do my head in and between you and me the producer is a bit of an a@@.
Food for me today has been,
2 chocolate fingers and a cappuccino
Lunch will be nothing
Dinner will be pizza and birthday cake!
I am going nowhere near the scales. I've probably gained 2 stone this week alone!:A
