    Evening everyone,
Sorry to hear weller's bad news, the good thing with andy is he suffers with Colitis,so has regular bowel checks, this means it would have been caught in the early stages, bowel cancer is very common in colitis sufferers and is very treatable, good luck to both of them and hope everything goes well with his treatment.Thinking of you weller.

Had my weigh in tonight and am astounded to have lost 2lbs!!!!!!! can't believe it,but it has given me the incentive to carry on and the push I needed ;)

I am hoping and praying that the consultant will give them some positive news, and that Andy has a quick recovery.

Sorry, I don't really know what else to say, I am absolutely gutted for her. Their courage and strength are amazing, and they don't deserve this.[/quote]

    Ditto!

    Hello, me again

Over the last couple of days there seems to have been such a lot of bad news on here, really awful things happening.

Without wanting to make light of some of the horrible situations that some of us are facing, I think we need a bit of positivity to give us a boost. So I think Tigtag's idea of posting some good news is great.

I'll start - Stu has had his first job interview this week, his boss has taken his grievance seriously and there seems to be some progress there, and we've been to The Deep today, which was just fab! :T Jellyfish are amazing aren't they - so beautiful when they're not stinging the hell out of your legs and backside (traumatic childhood incident....).

    Hi

I think Snaggles is right, given poor Weller (Hope everything goes ok and thinking of you) some positivity would be a great idea.

So for today my positive this is:

My £22.13 from Quidco has arrived and I put on 3 pounds last night. But I am feeling better, I've written up a menu for the week So I know what I will be eating and when. Today is my fresh start so I'm looking forward to it.

    Food for Today:
    2 weetabix + skimmed milk
    Apple + banana
Jacket pot and beans (followed by yogurt)
Quorn burger with chips and a salad
    2 x thorntons chocolates.

Hope everyone is feeling ok and let's all try and stay positive, because things could always be worse
