Weller - so sorry to hear your awful news. You're in our thoughts and prayers hun.

Snaggles, thanks so much for letting us know. Pass on my best wishes when you speak to Weller please hun :A

I agree we need some positivity, and perhaps some competetive spririt around here.

Lenny will be back in just over a month, and we dont want him winning this challenge and getting all smug now do we. Just imagine how unbearable that would be
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches

Very true. I've been really good this morning and I'm just hoping that it can last for the rest of the day and I am only going to eat the 2 chocolates I've allowed myself later!!!

Really I am... In fact I'll let you know tomorrow.

Well done on writing it, that's a big step. You deserve so much more, and you WILL find it.

We've given Pap a 'confidence' nickname (SuperPap).....hmmm.....lets think of one for you......how about 'Special K'?? :D

Cheers snaggles. At least it is written, I've just had enough. Just need to find the confidence to send it. Again.....

funnily enough Special K used to be my nickname! I was known as K for donkeys years by my ex and then it spread to friends and family. Most of the people in the pub I used to drink in thought my name was Kay. I once signed a get well card as Keren and I heard 'who's Keren?'

And I can't resist a bowl of the stuff either!

blimey, I was the last to post yesterday morning and the first this morning.

    Helllloooooooooo............bit of an echo!!!!!

I was a bit naughty yesterday and opened a bottle of rose. And I drank about 3/4 of the bottle last night at the DFW party (where were you all?!).

Had a brochure from Hotel Chocolat this morning and drooled over that but quickly put it in the recycling.

Weigh in tomorrow and I feel resigned to not losing anything but I'll see what happens

    Food then:

    breakfast: cereal and milk
    lunch: eggs on toast
dinner: HM burger in a roll with salad

My stomachs rumbling!!!! Better go and get the cereal.

    Hi all

Sorry not to have been around lately.

I weighed myself this morning and haven't actually gained much. So I'm focussing on taking good care of myself, eating healthily, which means low fat stuff anyway and hoping that I get on track this way. I'm trying not to beat myself up about being a bit bigger at the mo, but I have real body issues at the best of times, and particularly when I'm feeling down so I think it's important for me to get back into it.

I went for a 15 min walk wit DD last night (I walked, she ran). I know it's not much, but it felt nice just to me doing something for me. I'm going to do some gentle stretching today.

    Hope all are ok.

    Sea xx
