Toto, I'm really sorry, I failed dismally at keeping everyone updated - with trying to get Stu sorted I haven't been online much!

ok - I CONFESS ALL!!!!!!

erm........I made and ate treacle tart last night  ......with cream  .....ahem.....:o

I'm sure I'll still pay for my misdemeanour at some point though. :p;)

I can only justify it by saying I made it from breadcrumbs i'd made from a couple of bashed up bread rolls. Instead of chucking them I whizzed them into breadcrumbs and popped them in the freezer.......the OS board would be very proud of me!!

So today, back on the straight and non-treacle narrow with

    breakfast - porridge
lunch - egg in pitta bread with salad
dinner - pork and potatoes from the slow cooker.

Hey Keren, that's okay, treacle tart is free on Weight Watchers.

    What?

    It isn't???

Damn it, that's where I've been going wrong.......

    Hi!

    Confession:
Well did really well over the weekend food wise. Although I did have a 99 ice cream yesterday, which was very yummy and at 8 syns, I'm still ok and will hopefully have some sort of loss this week.

    Food for today:
    Beans and egg on toast
    Apple
Roast chicken salad followed by yogurt and banana.
Omlette, chips and salad or beans

And I am going to have an alpen bar light for a treat this evening. Aiming for a low syn day.

    Positive event:
Well it's actually happened over the weekend, but I made £56 at the car boot yesterday and had loads of Amazon sales so looking good on the OD front at the moment.

    Have fun x
    Current debt - £16,300 :(

Hmmm, positive news for today, woke up and found out it's monday morning, cat was sick in the bathroom (trying to get to the loo???) Amber had a major tantrum because her blue snoopy T shirt was in the wash (she has autism, this stuff is a big deal in her world), got rained on when I took the kids to club and then came home to find my washing machine had flooded the laundry room:rotfl: How's that??:D

Seriously though, apart from my crappy morning, it's a new week, I WILL EAT WELL, I've got a few London gigs this week so I'll be at home :j and the sun is peeking from around the clouds.

    Food today,

    Fruit salad and coffee
    Boiled egg with soldiers
Baked potato, salad and tuna mayo.

    Happy monday everyone

I love SW, I'm following it at the moment, so feel free to ask away. So far I've lost just over 4 stone. Been struggling for the last few months, but life does get in the way sometimes.

I prefer Green days, but will throw in some red ones every now and then as it helps the weight loss.

    Good luck

That's an amazing weight loss Lucy.

I'm definitely going to give it a try.
