    Thanks Lucy.

Have you any idea how I can get hold of the handbook pack, without going to a meeting?

I have my friends copy, but she will want it back eventually

Looking at the web site, postal membership is £49.95 for 4 weeks

No I don't. My suggestion would be to go along to a meeting (I think it's half price joining at the moment, so £5 rather than £10) get the books, and not go back.

I always go, as I struggle on my own. But it's just a thought.

Thanks for that, I hadnt thought about looking at places other than Slimming World

Just had a look at Ebay, nothing much on there, but both Tesco and Amazon do quite a few SW books.

Yep - would second ebay - there's normally loads of that sort of thing on there.

Edit - oops, just read your above post - lol, typical :D. You can save the search though and ebay will email you next time one is listed.

    Hi Spud,

Bit naughty but...do you have (or know anyone who has) a scanner, or photocopier?!;) you could maybe make use of. Failing that maybe look at the recipes and or parts that are relevant and get typing!!!! (dunno how big the book(s) are...just a thought:o
