    Morning dearies

Hope everyone is well ~ I had a great day yesterday right up until about 10pm when I had a HUGE row with my friend of 20 years ~ tigtag was not a happy bunny and crisps/chocolate teacakes found themselves making a beeline for my gob :o:o:o

    Today:
    2 slices toast
HM potato salad with chinese chicken pieces
    WW or steamed meal
    WW pud
    Jelly with fruit

    Good News of the Day
I found the part I need to fix my dryer online for less than £20 all in ~ which is MUCH cheaper than £200 for a new one

Hello Weller - I'm sending you all my love to you all.

Dukes 1 is, in the situation, the best outcome really, with Andy being monitored reguarly already, he was 'fortunate' (if you get what I mean) to be able to be in a position where it could be picked up at that stage (heard myself go, 'Dukes 1, phew' out loud with relief when I read your post)

Keep strong, we're all here for you if you need to talk at any time.

    Feeling really pants today.

I've been really good all week, got on the scales this morning and I've not lost anything!!! I weigh in offically tonight, but I don't see what good that is going to do.

Really feel like giving up at the moment.

No, Lucy, don't give up. If you' ve stayed the same it doesn't matter - look at the fantastic achievement you've made!! Don't be like me - I lost nearly 5 stone with SW, got stuck scales didn't shift, slowly slipped off and it has all gone back on again - don't end up back where you started just because you haven't lost this week. And anyway - come tonight, the scales may tell a different tale.

Ok day yesterday, today I'm going to have

    breakfast - ready brek
lunch - not sure. Might make some roasted vegetable cous cous.
dinner - marinated chicken breast with some spicy potatoes
