    Hey tig

I remember fag-gate now! What happened........ I am far too lazy to look for the thread..

Good news on the dryer, bad news on the friend.. Have you made up..

All you lot are doing so well on the diet. I am not doing too good at the eating thing, but oh well. Have slowly come to realise that I am perhaps slightly depressed. Its not helped by the OH (miserable bollox mark II) constantly being depresssed and me having to gee him up. I haven't got th energy anymore. Off to see my doc tomorrow. He is lovely and even if he doesn't give me anything it will make me feel better going to see him.

Sorry didn't mean for this to be a whinge, but the sad stories of weller and the other person who lost their OH to a drunk driver almost finished me off the other day. I was just so sad for them..

Well I stayed the same last night, after week of being good (well better than normal)

So I am going to try and stick with it and see what happens, although I did have a bit of a binge last night, even though I promised I wouldn't.

    So for today:
    2 weetabix + skimmed milk
    Apple and banana
Jacket pot and beans followed by a yogurt
Quorn burger with SW chips and salad

I'll probably have a milky bar as a treat later. The little ones are only 3 syns. I'm going to try for 5 syns total today.

I'll let you know tomorrow if I manage it.

can't wait to see you then LIH - bring a 'before' photo please!!!!

Doesn't matter Lucy that you stayed the same. A size 20 down to a 12/14 in a year is a fantastic achievement and a week of staying the same is not a bad thing.

I've got quite a bit of, well, I don't know what at the moment. Heartburn, acid indigestion. Hurts when I eat something like bread and then have a kind of 'pain' from my throat all the way down my chest bone. It's probably the anti-inflammatories I take, they've irritated my stomach.

I have been thinking and even though the weight isn't falling off (although it should be) at least i've got my eating habits a bit more under control over the last few weeks. Before I started I was a mess, eating wise. I turned to the food with the problems I was having at work and really piled on the pounds (stones!) over a short period of time. I ate a LOT, I was really out of control. However, apart from the occasional slip up - usually mid afternoon, I'm managing to stick to 3 meals a day. So for me, that is an achievement and it's something to build on.

I feel much happier when I have the food under control. But I'm a bit of a control freak so that stands to reason. But I am going to stick at it this week and I have better have a wonderful loss next weigh in (actually anything, I don't care so long as it's off!!)

I know and I've had a good day today. I've had 6 syns so very good, no more for me today though. Might have a nice fruit salad if I fancy anything.

Just a quick update. Been the docs (nearly chickened out but my childminder needed a prescription picking up and I had offered to get it for her) and he was so nice. He has known me for a long time and he saw me through my PND years ago. He said I looked tired (which was a relief actually as I thought I was imagining it and no one in my house tells me the truth - they think I might go and lie down and not make tea!).

He also said something that really made me think. He asked me what made me feel happy lately and actually thinking about it nothing makes me happy! Thats not to say I am unhappy, but I don't feel like I have any up or down feelings about anything - I am literally just functioning. I think that is why I have not been able to lose weight or meal plan, budget or anything like that. I do the bare minimum to get through each day.

So i am now on Prozac! Never had them before (didn't have them years ago when I had PND) so we will see how I get on. Would be good if anyone on here is on them could tell me what they are like.

Woo hoo, on to lighter things, what is everyone up to this weekend:T
