    Thanks Keren.

I know. It's just been a struggle for so long now it's getting a bit waring. I have bought another 10 weeks in advance, so I am going to see how I get on. This week has been much better, so hopefully the were lying to me this morning.

If not I just need to stick at it. I only have another 2 stone to go and then I would be a my healthy body weight. I promise I will try and stick with it. I'm not really putting any on, so I guess that's one thing.

I just put so much pressure on myself, that it adds to my panic attacks. I just need to chill I suppose.

    But thank you x

and I suppose I should remember that I dropped from a size 20 to a 12/14 in less than year. I guess my body is taking time to get use to it.

    Feeling really pants today.

I've been really good all week, got on the scales this morning and I've not lost anything!!! I weigh in offically tonight, but I don't see what good that is going to do.

Really feel like giving up at the moment.

Dont you dare give up now

I've decided today is the day - a new start for me. I'm sick of feeling fat and horrible, so I'm going to try and do SW, without the public harassment of going to the meetings.

Off to find out what I can have for brekkie:D

Weller - stay strong hun. We're here if you need anything.

    HI all

God. Went shopping for hol clothes and a wedding outfit and it was quite an eye opener. You can't escape those mirrors. Feeling a little sad that I won' be where I wanted to be for the holiday, but I can't change anything now and will just try to ignore my size while on hol. (not helped by going with a size 8 after 2 kids fashionista).

Been ok on diet today though. Want to be really good until I go on hol - could make a difference (go next friday).
