Morning all.
Well I had a mixed weekend, was a bit naughty on Saturday, but better yesterday.
Today for food:
Weetabix + skimmed milk
Apple + banana
Egg Salad followed by yogurt
Quorn Spag bol.
Milky bar @ 3 syns

god, what awful weather. Need to go and walk the dog soon but I'm not looking forward to it. It is blowing a gale and tipping it down.

It's nasty here to. I made OH laugh last night, I nearly went out for a bike ride until it rained (Well we had 3 rain drops!) I obviously knew what was coming!!
I really good yesterday and hoping for another good day today so:
2 weetabix + skimmed milk
Apple and Banana
Cheese salad followed by a yogurt.
Chicken and bacon salad with new potatoes.

Hope everyone is doing well. I'm hoping for some loss tonight - despite the wedding food and drink! I've tried hard this week so I'm hoping for some reduction on the scales! Will update when I get back tonight.

LOL, I feel like I have so many things that need doing and no energy to do them.. Its quite overwhelming.I have managed to paint the woodwork in the hallway this morning, first coat, am going to try and get the second coat done tonight (quick drying). Ironing this afternoon. Not sure when I will get paid work done, but for the moment I am not worrying.
Holiday next week, so hopefully will recharge the batteries.
I also noticed the prozac helps bulimia. (I don't have that, whatever I eat stays firmly down!) but I did wonder how they help!
Food for today - the first time I have even had the remotest bit of interest is
1 weetabix with semi skimmed milk
Home made slimming world macaroni cheese (the best meal in the world)
tonight is gammon steak with mashed swede and fromage frais.
bit of mix and max I think!

Whats your target weight (if you don't mind sharing). I am currently 10 stone 5 and was 10 4 when I started the challenge! I would love to get to 9 stone.
I have made lots of excuses over the last two years as to why I can't shift the weight. I am motivated for a couple of days then I lose it completely.
I did best when I went to slimming world. but twice I have been and twice I have given up!
