    positive news - I got an unexpected cheque for £32.66 from the solicitors who handled my mortgage company change - apparently it is the interest from when they were holding the money - nice one! :beer:


    Food wise, not even had breakfast yet!!!

    But, think I'll have

    egg in pitta
    chicken in a wrap
    pork chilli and rice

    Oat Bar and Banana
    Banana
    WW Beef Hot Pot
    Turkey (or it might be chicken) escolope with steamed veg in cheese sauce

    Positive news for the day:
    Daughter Number 1 graded to a Brown Belt
    Finally have some exciting updates on fag-gate ;) but will update tonight.

    Stupid Comment of the day:
    Lady at Tax Credits when I rang to ask why my money had gone into the bank early *because of the postal strikes* :rotfl: :rotfl:

    Morning everyone
    Been really good the last few days,stuck to WW 100% and not even an apple over :A I don't know how I've managed it,but I have done 4 exercise classes too :j believe me,feeling the way I do,that is amazing :D so that's my positive news ;)
    The sun is shining,it's really hot and the pool is up,so the rest of my day is being spent in the garden with the children having water fights :rolleyes:

    Today's menu
    B- porridge
    L- 3 crumpets with cheese triangle,yoghurt and a packet of crisps
    D- quorn spag bol and a minimilk lolly
    Snacks- iced gems,apple,chocolate bar (ww) and cheese dippers

    Trying really hard to stick with Slimming World Plan this week and seem to be doing ok. I don't weigh in until Thursday so there is still time.

    Today I have/will eat:

    2 weetabix + skimmed milk
    apple and banana
    Cheese salad followed by yogurt
    Grapes
    Another yogurt
    Another Banana
    Pasta with homemade sauce.

    feeling good and will hopefully have a loss this week.
    Current debt - £16,300 :(
    Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek:

    Right here's my once every 3 months/when I remember update..
    Just had the shock of my life when I weighed myself and I am now 11 1/2 :eek:
    Shame that most of that weight loss is down to losing baby weight,not having time to eat, stress and depression!!!!!

    Either way slap it on the cumulative total for when Len gets back! Not sure what my weight loss is in Lb but I was 12 stone 12 when I started so if some clever clogs could work it out for me I'd be grateful!!! lol!
