You have all made me laugh. Someone pointed out he may be delaying because I am refusing to sort "goods and chattels" to his satisfaction so I am working on annotating the list. It is now rather long but his solicitor will have to read it. Am also drafting second letter to the effect there has been no progress! It is a letter.
Shortly I shall be asking you lovely lot for letters ideas.!Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

Of course each goods and chattels item could be a separate, numbered piece of correspondence (then you can follow up with "I do not appear to have received a response to item x" separate letters). nearly finished my goods list. am pointing out he has removed much equipment from the barn already and getting his car valued as that should equal the horsebox. In a stroke of inspiration I remembered that my company purchased a few items so those can come of the list.
Between us all i am quite happy for me to have anything if he would just go away and leave me alone. But as he will not I shall see if I can keep my horsebox and so on.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
