How to find a 'dead' ipod...

DS has misplaced his Ipod, 2 days later it has obviously gone dead, we have tried face-timing it, skype, nothing, last seen in his room and strangely the cover he has on it is still there but no actual Ipod.

His room upturned and spring cleaned:D nothing, my OH has had the back of the seats in the living room off incase it fell down the sides nothing.

The bins out incase he threw it out, long shot I know, nothing.

Bathrooms, if he went in the loo and left it on the side, nothing.

He's put it down somewhere in the house, somewhere but where?

Any ideas?

It'll turn up one day, when you're looking for something else entirely :D
In the meantime you'll have to sing his favourite songs to him

A technique my friend taught me..... When you are looking for something in a room, visually divide the room into sections, like a grid, then go through each section with a fine tooth comb before u move on to the next.

Could it be in your car? IPods are very slippy and can get stuck under or down the side of seats?

I found mine lurking down the side of the sofa once. They are so slim, it's easy to get stuck somewhere unexpected.

Checked bags/ pockets? Left in the car?

Sometimes at night I put in under my pillow and occasionally it's fallen down the back off the bed by morning. Worth a try maybe?

Every single piece of his bed/bedding/bedroom has had it's covers off and inspected but yes thank you it was worth a try, we tried and failed:rotfl::rotfl::D
