TTGU, I have fantasies.......we'll leave it at that! :rotfl::D:rotfl: I have often referred to them as my Ally McBeal moments when I succumb to the daydream only to snap back to reality......one of these days I am going to get the two mixed up and you can all read about it in the papers.....!

    Oooooh HOK3Y!!!!

sounds cheeky - like my one the other day - still can't look them straight in the eye and they have no reason why!!! :o :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I LOVE nickelback - bit of christian rock in an afternoon - my brother used to play their music while we used to play computer games together - brings back the memories! I'm also a closet linkin park lover but don't tell the OH - I don't think he'd believe it if you told him!

Deffo think you should have grabbed the woman's coffee, thrown it on the floor, and shouted 'you should be debt busting, look under the bench, hustle, hustle!!!!!!!' (maybe not thrown it on the floor but drink it while she was scouring the platform for receipts!!!) :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: HOK3Y the debt crusader! Yay!!! :j:j:j

    xx

HAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!! No mine aren't remotely naughty - they are usually violent though.......!! Typically involving a slap, punch or flat out headbutt to whoever is unfortunate enough to be doing something imbecilic in my general direction! :D So yes, I wanted to slap the coffee out of her hand, pull out my soap box, and give her a lecture she'd never recover from right there on platform 3.........instead, I looked at her disapprovingly, hunkered down in my parka, and tapped away on my iphone! :D

Nickelback, Nickelback - who doesn't LOVE some rock?!? Well, I sure do and the louder the better. I am surprised I haven't vibrated my wing mirrors clean off my car. Sometimes I struggle to see out of the rearview mirror because it is humming along at such a frequency that everything is blurred! :D I will tell you now, I am not known for being quiet. Like. Ever.:rotfl::cool::rotfl::cool::rotfl::cool::rotfl::cool:

Well, hello Thursday and how I wish I could've skipped you. Today is going to suck. I wish it wasn't so, but it is. I have been dragged into an issue at work which I know very little about but they seem to think I am the answer to......and I have to meet with the client today to discuss. I am not happy. Not remotely. I would have no problem talking with the client if I felt well versed of their case and history. Instead, it feels like being thrown to the lions. I am mucho p*ssed off about it.

So I have had a night of dreaming about it (wish I were kidding) and now I have to take extra time with make up this morning (bleuch!) and my hair, all to get chewed up and spat out. One of the girls is coming with me and I swear it's going to be a classic deer in the headlights moment as I'll be lucky to get one word out of her!

So, my day is gearing up to be....well......$h!te!!!

Wishing all my fellow DFWs a far better day than what is headed my way! Lots of love and luck to you all.

LOL! Wegle, this was like being asked to clean up the mess without having any tools to actually do that......ARGH! In the end, it thankfully turned out to be a storm in a teacup and I am back in the office breathing a huge sigh of relief. A little extra work for me but not the masses of additional work I was fearful of. Now, the other office?? Well they definitely got the short end of this particular stick! But I will do what I can to help.

Getting ready to take a walk out for lunch - could use some fresh air to clear my thoughts after the trauma of the morning!

Glad it worked out in the end. Just goes to show that we sometimes get ourselves worried about things more than we really need too.

You're lunch sounds lovely! I popped out and got a nice cheese sandwich and a reese's nutrageous bar! My favourite!!

You are right wegle - we do worry too much a lot of the time. I am definitely guilty of that! I haven't had a nutrageous bar - might have to try that!

Crimson, are you a little more awake now?! :D

Hubby and I took a walk to A$da and have a TON of receipts to check.....should make for a nice end to the month! Next month the plan is to get at last £60 in vouchers which is basically a full week of shopping for us - and I reckon it is more than doable!

Very happy at how the day ended with one of the firm's partners telling me that he was really impressed with how I handled myself today, that I was very professional and he wants me to meet with more clients! Really, utterly thrilled about that feedback! I don't remember ever working for a firm where I felt so valued. :) And I might be able to sleep tonight now too!
