Nothing weather wise to report in Derbyshire either.
It's windier today in Derby than it was yesterday. Still not really enough to turn an umbrella inside out but enough to mess my hair upnot that it takes much haha

Jammy !!!!!!! Wish I had been tucked up in bed for longer!!! And my receipt didn't net me anything this time around......heading there on the way home too though! Lol wegle and crimson!! All that fuss!! I really thought we would have some blustery weather with leaves whipping about our ears and the odd branch down so I was most disappointed to wake up to an utterly still morning. I'm sure they sold a lot of papers......Credit Card Freedom gained 14 Feb 2014!!Total Debt Freedom gained 29 Apr 2014!!Savings goal 30/9/23: £72,000/£538,001.....yes I'm serious!Total Debt August 2013: [STRIKE]$21,587[/STRIKE] April 2014: $0!!!!:j0

Good Work - expecially on the wombling.. You go girl XX2012 The year I started dealing with my debts.
2017. Lets start this again shall we?

Hello Aamberle! I've been doing my best! I am looking forward to a drop in debt before the end of this week. Still not sure quite how much as it depends on a few things that are currently up in the air but at least 1% of the original debt amount in August will be gone for good!
Had a lovely quiet night with hubby - went back out to womble receipts this evening and came home to net almost £4 in vouchers. Very happy indeed.
November should work out pretty well as I have £10 to come from Quidco and a chunk of change from the Co-op.....but I have no idea how much! I am also just 16p short of cashing out with crowdology! Vivatic is driving me crazy. Just tonight I was about 60% through a survey and it screened me out! Very frustrating!
I have also started to use clixsense which takes forever but pays out in USD and every very hard earned penny will help!!
I will be glad to say goodbye to October - purely because it is a month filled with debt that I have kicked @$$ to come out of better off than when I started. November will be the same but I am ready to tackle it and need to pass the goalpost that is Oct 31st! I have some plans and targets for next month and I am eager to get on with it all!
Hope everyone else is looking forward to November. Very best of love and luck to all my fellow DFWs.Credit Card Freedom gained 14 Feb 2014!!Total Debt Freedom gained 29 Apr 2014!!Savings goal 30/9/23: £72,000/£538,001.....yes I'm serious!Total Debt August 2013: [STRIKE]$21,587[/STRIKE] April 2014: $0!!!!:j0 -

Very much looking forward to November but that may be more due to the fact my son's birthday is in November and my wife and I have what will hopefully be an amazing (1st) birthday party planned. (Son is 3 not 1 but never had a party before).2018 totals:

Best of luck with that Alex. I too have a son with a November birthday although he will be 15. Unfortunately for me it is also the month of my hubby's birthday, my two best friends, my niece and my godson...... Nightmare!Credit Card Freedom gained 14 Feb 2014!!Total Debt Freedom gained 29 Apr 2014!!Savings goal 30/9/23: £72,000/£538,001.....yes I'm serious!Total Debt August 2013: [STRIKE]$21,587[/STRIKE] April 2014: $0!!!!:j0

HOK3Y - We also have a busy end of year for birthdays: my mother's and son's are in November, and my father and I have birthdays in December.2018 totals:

I am a Christmas Eve baby and my parents were both born in early January - not fun when everything hits at one time of the year! Although my parents have both passed now. I'd happily take the financial hit to spend one more Christmas with them though - especially my mother who was a wonderful lady and is very sorely missed. Money definitely plays a large role in this life but it is not what is most important.Credit Card Freedom gained 14 Feb 2014!!Total Debt Freedom gained 29 Apr 2014!!Savings goal 30/9/23: £72,000/£538,001.....yes I'm serious!Total Debt August 2013: [STRIKE]$21,587[/STRIKE] April 2014: $0!!!!:j0
