Oooooooooooh Andrar now THAT is a bargain!!!“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent".0

Is this your first? Just too reassure you, I found the first few weeks the easiest to leave the house (after I recovered for a few days), they just sleep, eat and poop :rotfl: The first half year I'd say was the easiest time to get out of the house (not necessarily shopping, just walks etc). DS still isn't too bad at 2.5 but now it takes longer to dress him and get ready, before it was just grab baby, bag and buggy and goDEBT 02/25: total £6100 Debt free date 12/250 -

drop in for me - NSD 1/18!!
spends:- bought a lady at work a tea for 55p but used 5ps to pay for it! Not in front of her obviously!!!!
These came from my 'copper jar' so don't count as spends (please NSK?:o)
- paid 1.60 for a recorded delivery of my F&F offer to a DCA - it's worth it if my debt is less than 1200 form this company so that came from coins lying and scrounged together (more 5ps) - so won't count
- OH's dry cleaning picked up - already paid for so not counted (phew!) - had a big hole in the crotch (don't ask :rotfl:) all fixed so brand new (again) suit for 7 quid instead of 400 for the original cost - not too bad!!!!
- power walk to and from work done
- planning on some crunches in the bedroom later - however i write it that line will come out wrong
:rotfl:
Thats all from me so far!
Had a great sense of challenge walking to work this morning thinking - I'm going to do this - bring on the competitive edge in me!!!!! :jDebts @ LBM (May 2013): £25,250.27 | Debt Free: May 2015 :j:j0 - bought a lady at work a tea for 55p but used 5ps to pay for it! Not in front of her obviously!!!!

Woohoo! Hello all!
Last night I was feeling dreadful! Today, I am hopeful and back in charge again! Before I joined this forum, we were spending between £115-120 a week on food alone. I tried to cut to £80 but my husband gave me a list of reasons why we should not cut eg we have two growing up children etc etc! So we agrreed on £100.. Today, I went to Aldi! I spent only £55! :-0 :-0!! I didn't know you have to take your own shopping bags! Otherwise it costs you! Uffff that's what I call a bargain!
I am already in FB, I made myself another account to keep the anonymity ...
We shall invite Martin Lewis to like you FB page ninjakat! :-)
Regards to all!
I will succeed !No debts 🙌0 -
