Check in on today and a good one it was.
12/250 on food (nsd today in that area)
0/50 on petrol
60/200 on contingency ( annual sports subs for ds2 so sort of planned)
No food bank yet contribution but will look into that tomorrow when have to shop.
1/30 AF day ( really easy on a Monday)
Went through freezer to see what was hiding and plan on using all that up this week.
Two good dog walks!!
Had a cheque through too for some work I did some years past that I never expected to get paid for. As well as being very very welcome it was rather heartwarming to realise there are some good people out there who will come through when they can. Going straight in the cc pot!
So a good day and looking forward to tomorrow.0 -

I'm trying to motivate myself to get back in to running. Any ideas? Failing that I will have to go to the gym.
It'll be lovely running outside when the leaves turn and it gets a little cooler. I've been a bit bored with it myself but did a half marathon yesterday with no MP3 and no pressure (gave myself permission to finish in last place) and I remembered why I love it. Also 1 mile = 100 guilt free calories! 13.1 miles = practically a whole day's worth! Yay!January GC 299/300
February GC 295/270
March GC 92/243 then lost the plot and stopped recording for two months and went way over
May GC 372/250 still looking for the plot

Well NSK whilst I may have lurked alot and know the theory my practical application is an E grade. This means I've got lots of things to get rid of, Eglu anyone?, and there's lots of scope in the budget. That doesn't mean it'll be a walk in the park though but I need to start somewhere.
Did anyone see the stars tonight - weren't they gorgeous ?
So for today
Yummy homemade soup for lunch - nice and thick
Yoga tonight - I haven't been for ages and I so missed it - so that's two lots of exercise this week so farPaid for the next couple of sessions too so they'll be spend free days but, that's all the spending today :j

Had my physio tonight £45 Ouch! He was very thorough though and I think he may well have diagnosed the problem, finally.
I remembered that my friend, who runs a community centre for disadvantaged families had been collecting food last Christmas to give to some of the families. I texted her and she still collects so I have bought £3-worth of food to pass on to her.

I've had a busy weekend so only just getting round to posting. I've only missed one day so please forgive me!
• Notebook: Check, my trusty little Pink&Black is now my spending log and will stay on my desk or in my handbag at all times!
• SFD’s: going for the full 18, on 1 sfd so far.
• Food Budget: My mum does the main food shopping as I live at home but I often spend money on food anyway. My personal food budget will be £20 for the month, ouch! Sounds harsh but as a big girl, my body could use less snacks. I think this is worth the challenge for both kinds of pounds.
• Packed Lunch: Already make sandwiches at home every day!
• DFD: March 2014, at the latest!
• Exercise: I have a 30 minute walk every weekday on my lunch break at work. Will make it brisker to step it up a notch.
• Cut out alcohol: I already don't drink but I vow to cut out energy drinks instead.
Months budget will be as follows:
Food: £20
Petrol: £40
Other: £100
Budget so far:
Food: £6/£20
Petrol: £0/£40
Other: £0/£100Paid off my debts, saved up my cash and now I'm finally buying my own home!0 -
Hi all, busy busy on here. Started the day well with a free swim, picnic then fell down at treat snacks whilst out as my last day out of the holidays...lame excuse but only £1.60 and very much enjoyed!
Will be a spend day tomorrow as well as I need to buy some craft bits but cheap wedding and birthday gifts so mse but causing a spend day - tried to use what I have but it failed so needs must. Will get rest of uniform stuff and that should be all I need for a good few days. Must meal plan in morning so I know for sure.
