Happy birthday CCL1 :bdaycake:
It's not been a SFD today but has been low. Had to put £30 of fuel into the car to get to Nottingham and back & spent £4.80 on rides at the fair for DS & ice cream. We took a picnic with us & DH & I didn't have an ice cream. A lovely gentleman gave us his parking ticket so we saved at least £2 on parking :money:
I've also managed to get all of DS's school uniform for free courtesy of clubcard vouchers. Just need his shoes now but they are not urgent so may wait for them to be reduced :money:
I've set my budgets and I HAVE TO STICK TO THEM THIS MONTH
Food £145
Petrol £110
Entertainment £120
Planned spends £50
SFDs 15
DFD September 2014
We desperately need to pay off the overdraft this month. There are 3 birthdays this month but are all children so will be cheap. Hopefully I can earn some money delivering these catalogues which can pay off our debt that much quicker.
Thanks again to NSK. Such an inspiration :TTOTAL DEBT £12,212.46/£2000 paid offDebt Free Goal September 2017#106 Emergency Fund £482.53/£10000 -

Hey all...
September has begun!!! Day in studying and going slightly crazy... and have bought in my protein powders for the next month - so damn expensive!!! They're kind of an essential though to me getting where I want to be in terms of my gym work so it was a necessary evil... but one if I'm honest - I'd forgotten about. I am going to deduct from my savings, otherwise I will have no budget at all for the month!!!
Back to work tomorrow after a week off. Darn.

Hi all,
Just a quick check in from me as I'm busy getting all stressed about going back to work tomorrow after 10 weeks off. I have a massive list of things still to do and I want to be in bed watching tv by 9pm.
Thankfully my kids are with granny overnight and for tomorrow so it's just me, hubby and a houseful of cats - and they are all capable of looking after themselves while I flap about tomorrow.
I am declaring a sfd, even though I spent £4.44 in the c00p earlier. Went in about 10 mins before closing and cleared out some cheap veg, chicken and a couple of desserts for the kids to take to my mums with them - all yellow sticker so I know I get a gold star for that.
Happy birthday too, CCL :T
Right. I'm off to clear some more items off the list before I go and settle into bed.
I will check in tomorrow after work at some point.Ninja Saving Turtle0 -

Hi All
Today was a spend day and tomorrow will be too so I think I will try an plan in some NSD in my notebook. Was working this afternoon and when I came home I tackled my ironing pile, dishes and prepared the veg so I can make my 22 lunchs tomorrow (I love stir fries).
I am seriously considering joinig WW as I need to lose a serious amount of weight. I might try weighing myself each sunday and see if the running plus less junnk works on its own first. I would like to lose 7lb a month.
Am going to chill for half an hour before dragging myself off to bed.
