.....or jeans, without washing them? Provided they don't smell and don't have any visible dirt on them.

2 days max. Dirt doesn't have to be visible to be present .. bacteria, viruses, spores etc.. and just because you don't think they smell doesn't mean no one else does.. you keep your bum in them and even with underwear you get sweaty and unpleasant in such areas... plus I'm a little neurotic about laundry.
That said I put clothes on to leave the house and usually take them off when I get home (I wear pjs) due to constantly being covered in child grotLB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
Usually 2-3 days dependant on what I do in them. I am constantly in jeans, but have about 3 pairs and there is always one in the wash lol.
If I wore them on a night out I wouldn't wear them again the next day.Non-smoker since 05/08/20120 -

I change underwear daily, Id probably wear a T shirt a couple of times if it had no marks on it, jeans Id probably wear for a bit longer, but I dont tend to wear the same things every day anyway.
Certainly wouldnt wash something after every wear apart from socks and underwear.
My work clothes are another matter, as I teach fitness classes and my clothes after Ive done a class are horribly sweaty.0 -
Have been wearing the same pair of combat shorts since June. Only worn weekends and evenings as suited and booted for work. Have no plans to put them in the wash until October or when the temperature drops below zero.
I shower twice a day and nowone has complained about a smell yet.
Think people chuck stuff in the wash far too often these days.0 -
I'd probably wear my jeans about 10 times before washing them!
Germs and bacteria are good for you!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
My husband bought a pair of very expensive fancy jeans and the care label attached to them says you should wash them as infrequently as you possibly can!0

Trousers and jeans demand different things depending on what they are made of and what you do in them.
