  • More school stuff got this morning. Since I've been home I've decluttered and wiped kitchen worktops, cleared and wiped kitchen table, sorted all clutter, brushed kitchen floor, cleared and wiped windowsill, put on a load of washing, cleared and brushed livingroom floor, fixed sofa again and gathered up all dry washing. DD has gave Ozzy a walk up the field so he's exhausted. :D

Order of trainers and sports stuff arrived, thankfully everything fits and there all kitted out with footwear.

Been asked to do a photo thing for the charity tomorrow with big cheque and all. I'm not someone who likes getting their pic taken so it should be fun, only doing it because everyone else is at work or on holidays. Think i'll sort clothes out tonight and try and look abit respectable. :rotfl:

Right back to it, want it all done before dinner and then chill out with a movie tonight.

    Afternoon all

Well I spent about 2 hours this morning trying to sort my laptop out but I've had to give up. The network adapters have gone down so I can't use the internet but I don't know what to do. So I'm now on my PC which is extremely slow!

Other than that I've been over to visit my Grandma and my cousin and that's my day gone. DS has a dentist appointment at 4.30 so I haven't got a lot more time - I might ask him about my teeth actually although he isn't my dentist or ask to see if I can see mine while I'm there.

Hope everyone's having a good day and all poorly teeth get better including mine!

    Hugs

Can i join please? Ive just sat and read all the posts and would like to be part of this thread.. Ok, a bit about myself.. Im sitting here with one arm strapped up and taped to my body due to recurring dislocation of my shoulder, it came out on Tuesday morning at 4am and I had to kick my dh to get up and take me to the hospital, i was stuck on my tummy in bed unable to move and he was snoring away! The hospital is where I work so it was VERY embarrassing being taped up by the Trauma DR i normally work with... He met my eye while giving me morphine!.
Ive got 4 grown up kids and a DG who is my world.. My DH is fab but sure needs a kick up the pants when it comes to decluttering..
So Where do I start, wonder what I can do with one arm etc.... Will print off lists up to now and start at least doing bits I can do... and leave the things I cant!
    Love Annie x

Of course you can join us and welcome - I've got a feeling you'll fit right in;)

I have put the cream on the key lime pie - DD and I used out new silicone icing bag, I started, she finished. Half eaten now:eek:
For the first time ever I used the food processor to whip the cream - normally I use the hand stick whisk/blender - why oh why have I waited so long - yes, I need to wash the processor bowl etc but NO CREAM SPLATTERED ALL OVER MY KITCHEN
Had the thing years, too. Usually only use the metal blade!
(I'm not sure if any of the parts can go in the dishwasher...I must root out the instructions and check)

*sigh* Have just chucked two eggs in a bowl with the cooked lentils and two finely chopped onions, managing to skip the step of frying the onions first. Not sure tonights dinner of spicy lentil burgers is salvageable without starting again from scratch. And I'm making bap dough in the breadmaker.

*sets of for the city centre to get more lentils*
    Better is good enough.
