    Right!

Key lime pie cooling (wierd mixture - I would never have guessed it - condensed milk, lime zest, lime juice, egg yolk)

Lemon cakes (not yet drizzled, obvs) in t'oven baking.

Washing up done (have to do some by hand as one thing I'm testing is washing up liquid) and I don't want to put my very very old Mason Cash bowl in the DW (an inherited piece) so two birds and all that.
I shall show off on the baked today? thread later.

Condensed milk (weird stuff) I never have in unless I need it for a recipe is on a 'buy two for' offer in Morries so I have a spare now.

    Excellent extras
Start your ascent of Mount Ironmore
[STRIKE]source those sandwich boxes and bags [/STRIKE]got a new one
What about making a banana loaf (fat free; recipe on request) then slice it before freezing - add a slice to the lunchbox - it will be thawed by dinner time (or lunch if you're in the South and keep the sandwiches cool!

    Ruby Tuesday
    Main bedroom

    [STRIKE]Clear that floordrobe.[/STRIKE]
Vacuum as much of the carpet as you can easily access

    Dust every surface
    Polish those mirrors
    wipe the switches

    Extra challenge

Your bedroom should be a sanctuary; with fresh bedding, fresh air and a place of peace and pleasure...even if that pleasure is reading or just sleeping. You can't recharge your inner batteries if the charger's broken!

    Hump Day! Wonderful wiping Wednesday
    love your lounge!
    15 minutes?

    Open windows
think about where you sit - and ensure that the most irritating/annoying/niggly area in your line of sight gets some lurrve...clear a hotspot!

    30 minutes?
    dust everything you possibly can
wipe those light switches and ICKY remotes and any other sticky spots

    if it's a whole hour
then FULL MONTY - bring out the big guns - whatever equipment you need and tackle that floor; moving furniture if you can
don't forget the skirting board - if you've got it, it needs dusting!

Your lounge is for lounging IN and you cannot lounge in a messy, cluttered room. If you canniot deal with it in a day then start a dot to dot plan - get one area clear this week; get a second area clear next week end eventually the dots (ie clear areas) will join together (DOT-TO-DOT is pat. pending and belongs to AnWsmum!)

got a couple of personal challenges that i should sort but still havent got round to it, cant decided if they really should just be called frogs.

Lovel Lodger is leaving *weep* No more early morning dishwasher fairy, no more own room cleaner fairy, no more shower room fairy (although she may not be so reliable on that score after all). Plus, and this is much more serious, no live in cat-sitter while OH and I have a weeks holiday at the chalet, seeing as we are not now going to Sicily *double weep*

Oven fixed - thank you Mr Be11ing. Several kitchen cupboards sorted.
    Better is good enough.

Well, it appears it's back to the kitchen for me as the engineers are coming sometime before 1pm tomorrow to fit a longer flue to the central heating.

Time to make a list, methinks...

I don't think I'll need one this winter - these hot flushes mean I'll be standing in the playground in a T shirt - in December...

Last 2 coats are just finishing in the WM.

I have cleared out 2 messy drawers in the kitchen under my hob.

condensed milk - DD2 showed me a recipe she wants to make and I said I didn't have any. Sorting out the drawer I unearthed a tin of condensed milk. Just need double cream now.

Looking forward to a day in London with the kids tomorrow. After our adventures I'm dropping them with DH (he works at Old b@iley). Then I'm off to meet Bonnie for our cinema trip. Happy day!
