Shirleyp my oh didn't realise how much i do around the house or looking after the kids until i got rushed into hospital and was out of action for 4wks. After having to do it all himself he now appreciates that i don't sit on my bum all day ( just a little bit of it;) )0 -
OK here's a laugh for you all, it finally started raining here this afternoon (mowed 2/3rds of the back garden, didn't manage to beat the rain!) after being so warm and muggy for the last few days.
I went and stood outside in it, lovely and cooling. Then I looked up at the front of the house and thought 'those gutters look disgusting' so I decided to clean them, well the lower ones which I could reach off a small stool, so there I was in the rain on a stool with a cloth in my hand cleaning the gutters!!!!!!:rotfl: :rotfl:

Well I think I am officially deceased!!
I have had drugs and liquids and still feel like death. I am just waiting for the hubby to get in from work and I am going to bed for the night.. I can't think straight let alone feed the children and put them all to bed.
Hopefully I'll feel wonderful in the morning!! (hahaha!!)

Do I win the the 'daft' prize today???
Think you might have, I must admit to wondering when I was scrubbing the shower before I got out this morning. I've wiped it with the flannel before but never actually taken the cleaning stuff in with me - cleaning with intent :rotfl: .
It meant I got a head start on the flying though and all jobs are done.Proud to have dealt with our debt. DFW Nerd 1474

I'm so relieved....had visions of having to put it through another MOT. Right, going to put DS to bed and relax for half an hour before my DD comes in from brownies xxJanuary budget

shirleypark good idea to get your own space, even if it is the sofabed. You can't have someone grinding you down like that. Thinking of you.
traceyg my DS Sam (3 months) seemed to like the baby massage. I did it five years ago with my daughter with a different instructor, who demonstrated it all very slowly. When I tried to do the same at home, my daughter used to get fed up. This instructor demonstrated it faster and not so much time on each stage, and DS seemed to like it after his bath last night and tonight. Good luck with trying the new playgroup, hope you find some non-snooty mums.....!
I have done no flying at all today, instead I went to visit OH's godmother with DS. Had a great time, but now I must get on with it! I have my mother arriving tomorrow, most of house is straight but living room is awful. OH is out, kids are fast asleep. I am going to post my list, log off and not log on until I have done it all. I need kicks and rockets........
