Where has today gone? Hardly done anything yet I seem to have been going none stop again! Masterbedroom can wait until tomorrow when I'll also do DD's

I'm going to spend some time on the log books now... ooopppsss best put some washing in first though! :rolleyes: :wave:

Just waiting for second WM to finish then I am putting the stuff in the dryer and joining DD5 in bed for an hour or 2.. and I don't care if I did get 13.5 hours sleep last night.. this is what I do when I am ill.

Might have a cuppa while I wait as it has another 5 minutes left..

Very quiet in here today is everyone (apart from me) busy flying??

The day is going quick., but i'm having one of those groundhog days, and feel so bored. Can't wait for some decent me time next week. Reminder to self - add a trip to the library onto the list before hols. Might do that on Sunday while DH watches DS, as when i went with him last time it didn't really work

Hi,

First full week of flying but bathroom was done Thursday last week so it was the first full clean of master bedroom today. The window alone took an hour (same for lounge on Tuesday) as it is a big bay with 38 individual panes, wood in poor condition and a condensation problem. Washed, ironed and put net curtain back up to. All spick and span in there now. Found a pair of rubber gloves so hands smell strange but feel better.

As well as lists (thanks Michelle) I have been doing dailies so everywhere is still tidy and clean(ish) including washing and ironing everyday.

It's raining here so have had to resort to TD today. Meeting friends and their children at local Playzone after school today as special treat (4 boys whose big sisters are all away at Borrowdale this week).

Resolved to only visit MSE at lunchtime as it is becoming a little bit of a problem - i.e. wonderful flylady thread gets you all organised so you have loads of time to browse rest of MSE :rotfl:

Good afternoon everyone,

Well, today ive swished the kitchen, bathroom and toilets, WM has finished, but its all still in there waiting to be hung up (around the house today, raining outside) and ive also got some butternut squash and sweet potato soup cooking in the oven, yummy!!!!

Still got loads to do, but lots of LOs here, so maybe do it later - hope to let you know later!!!!

Hello everyone! Been catching up on tasks today:

Ring dentist – I’ve broken a tooth on a dried apricot - appointment for tomorrow
E-mail to faulty item supplier – sent
DD’s trip money – paid
DD’s trip form – returned
Bin – out
Recycling – out for tomorrow
Fridge – cleared
Bread bin – emptied and cleaned
Shopping – done and put away
Savings account – updated
Kitchen – dishes done, tidied, surfaces cleaned, floor swept
Pigs in blankets – made

Hairdresser coming when the children are back from school, so need to finish cleaning the kitchen, and get tea ready. Choir tonight - my relaxation, then maybe a drink with friends and DH if he's back from his business trip in time.

I have a £20 off glasses at Boots Opticians voucher. The voucher is vaild until 30th June 2007 and has a few t&c's attached. Its one of the ones you get at the tills if you spend a certain amount. Im not going to use it so if anyone wants it please PM me and I will post it to you. Did one load of washing and managed to dry it before the rain came back. All folded and put away.

Just had a bit of a fling from the bathroom cabinet but I think I need to go back through it again - tomorrow.

Some more stuff gone up in the loft (DD home today to help, I don't go up there).

Not much else done because she didn't get out of bed until 11.30! (good excuse).

Work soon.
