Late to work today as have a GP appointment - Macius is still quieter than normal but I guess it may take time.
Especially with my other cats trying to pick on him.
Normally it was Macius that beat the .. out of them - he must be still not feeling all himself poor little mite.
Will see how he is over the weekend...0 -
Looks like finally Macius is back to normal.
Fiona tried to beat him up today and he stood his ground and beat HER up.....same with the others.
My little tiger
Thanks everyone for all your support xx0 -
Gizmo had complications with his neutering and he ended up with a bad infection and was quite unwell. Salem used to beat him up where normally it is Gizmo beating Salem up. Once Gizmo been back in and had his second operation and the infection had gone he was back to his old self kicking Salem's butt.0

Peace among cats, all back to normal in this department.
Allowed Macius out a bit today too with the rst and he was very happy about that.
Still not quite himself but perhaps he needs more time.
Thanks again0 -
How is Macius? Hopefully he's back to his normal mischevious self

Oh yes - back to trying to demolish the front door when he wants to go out, standing up to the rest of the cats etc etc so very much back to old (horror) HIMSELF....
Just the bald patches - on his nect and paws from shaving when they were taking blood. Apart from that - back to little terror.
Thanks xx0 -
Yay, that's great news

Relieved to read this!!!! Little ginger Ev had a bad reaction to a post-op painkiller (Vetergesic?) which is an opiate based medication. Left him dopey and wobbly for about 4 or 5 days after he was neutered, poor lad. And we've also had cats reacting poorly to whichever patient has come back from a day or two at the 'health spa'. They obviously smell very different and the others view them with great suspicion and some mistrust.0

Thanks - big relief here too....
He is completely back to his normal crazy self :00
