Hi I am also going through appeal DWP have 28 days to provide written response however they can contact appeals and ask for an extension past the 28 days. Mine has been 26 days since i got a letter from appeal so assume DWP would have recieved their letter giving them 28 days at the same time As me. and i have not had any paperwork etc yet so either they are responding at the very last minute or they have asked for an extension. Who knows with dwp lol. But Iin theory they have 28 days x0 -
Can anyone give me an idea of the MR timescale as they've told me there is none?! If you've gone through it how long did it take? Many thanks x0

Quick update on my MR. Had a phone call this morning from pip. They have awarded me standard care and enhanced mobility. So glad all this is over for me now. My MR took 4 weeks for them to give me the decision. Hopefully they will sort out everyone's as quick as mine.0

Hi jennij72 had they previously awarded you anything before your MR? So very pleased at your outcome and hoping mine could be as quick x0

hi every1. i have read this forum from top to bottom and it seems i have been very lucky with my application so far (hope i dont jinx myself here). i made my first contact with pip on 19/8/14 and i had my face to face assessment on 7/11/14. i received a letter this morning telling me that my report has been completed and has been selected for audit. it says they will contact me again when it is ready to be sent to DWP. the reason for me applying is that i have borderline personality dissorder, depression, and severe anxiety. i have suffered with these problems for the best part of 12 years and i am only 25. does anyone have any advice as to how long auditing takes/how long dwp take to make decision? and i also wonder if anyone has been awarded pip for similar reasons as mine. thanks. jo0
