I have all i need and the only thing i would want but the wife would kill me is the new range rover vogue...It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -

A chunk? Go see my Canadian relatives!
A mad dream? Flying lessons & a jet that seats at least 5 plus all the luggage & a few school friends. (Inside.)0 -
I would love to get my back garden redesigned, creating a great play area for my sons and a social space to entertain family and friends. When it was completed I would host a big party to celebrateThe best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own, no apologies or excuses. There's some really cheap foam mattresses on Amazon, I got a king size for under £100 (this one) and although it's not technically memory foam it functions the same and is so comfortable, I used to have a sore back (even with mattresses that cost >£200) and since using this mattress I haven't had any problems with my back hurting and I sit in a chair 18 hours a day. Highly recommended if you can stretch to £1000 -
If I had £1000 - a good camera
If I had £10000 - a makeover for my en suite shower room

My now husband could finally meet everyone (he's only met my parents & sister) and everyone could meet our daughter who would be 3 mths old by then (well if she is born on her due date).
Under £4,000 I'd push back the same idea above until beginning of February as it's cheaper.
I do need things doing to my flat, like a new kitchen but at the moment the above idea is on my mind toooo much.
If you are staying with family, you should be able to do it for well under £4,000. We have never paid more than £950 each for Christmas flights.0
